The entertainment field provides people attracted to degeneracy with a near endless supply of attention and also easy unsupervised access to their kin; other fellow degenerates with whom they can collaborate and push things further. It also provides less scrutinized access to children via parentage who, as we've seen time and time again, are unlikely to register or take seriously the warning signs. For the average person there is a fanatical psuedoreligious fascination with celebrity, politicians or other individuals with large public followings of some sort which almost invariably leads to the unwaivering and blind certainty that these people must have achieved their position because they are better than human, they are evolved, they are superhuman and so, the logic follows, they must be steadfast pillars, bastions of morality above suspicion, ordained by some higher power and to protect this mental image they have constructed they will harshly ascribe any doubt of their perceived divinity as inexcusable heresy. I mean what kind of degenerate wouldn't be attracted to that kind of power? They can do whatever fucked up weird thing they want and the majority of people will bend over backward, backward, backward until they break their back, looping backward, backward, backward under their ass and through their legs until they come round to face forward once again in the quest to defend their chosen "god" and all the degeneracy they engage in.
