Some Australian nobody managed to score an interview with the actor for Cool Cat. It's pretty goddamn awkward to watch since he's very bad at interviewing, but we get some good information out of it.
The actor refuses to play Cool Cat at the 420 Awards since he is a children's character.
He also has the same accent as Daddy Derek, weird.

I mean, technically he's right because it would be a bit jarring if she suddenly had them for only a couple of scenes in the "movie", but there's less creepy ways to say that.

I don't think this has been mentioned yet, but he's working on a 420 related film!

Art Anthony has given praise to almost every Savage production, and Linda Hopkins says this about the gun self defence movie:
"Finally, a film that has meaning!"
She is also a repeat offender when it comes to praising his shit.

I get the feeling Derek writes the quotes, and asks his Hollywood friends if he can attribute them to them...

his face is way too deep in the uncanny valley for me to be comfortable looking at him. something just isn't right and it makes my skin crawl.

Honestly I'd recommend just listening to it without watching it. They both seem to have a touch of the 'tism and the host's face is extremely disconcerting imho.
As I was watching it live, the max number of people watching was seven. He posted about it in a relatively popular subreddit, which was where he got all those questions. A bit sad, really. It's cool that he tracked down and found Cool Cat himself, just a bit of a pity that the guy to do the interview was an Autistralian with a max livestream audience of seven and a remarkable inability to conduct a good interview.
 
I must have missed it, did he ever offer any for sale?

I have to keep Cool Cat separate from the Awards Show, but his movie in nominated and by the votes, it is whooping the others :)

What if he set this whole thing up just so he can claim Cool Cat is "an award winning children's film" ?

Also I'm interested to know why Perez Hilton is tagged in the reply chain, but the rest of the thread is missing, unless I fail at twitter...
