One of the niggers went up to Chud and told Chud not to play his nigger game with him cuz he ain’t the one. Chud kept walking away and the nigger then attacked him from behind. That was when Chud only shot him twice when he should’ve mag dumped the nog for nigging.

That he got followed is a claim which only featured in his account of the incident. Other bystander accounts (and the warrant) only state that he approached the group, got into an argument with one member (whilst reaching for his gun), and fired after they initiated the fight. Also, why wouldn't we conflate his content with this incident? The court's grave decision to charge him for ATTEMPTED MURDER tells me that the footage their outdoor surveillance cams recorded must be damning.
