I have all sticker notifications disabled. Getting an individual notification for every goddamn sticker is annoying and I don't care about my green reddit karma either way. There is zero chance that his ever going to actually receive any of that money from the GoFundMe. If he doesn't get sued into oblivion by the guy he shot, there's very little chance that his wife won't try to divorce him now that he got a one way ticket to prison. The court could even put an injunction on the money. Who knows man, but I don't think he'll be getting a dime out of the crowdfunding.

The court isn't going to just release evidence prior to a trial for reasons already listed: to not bias a potential jury. Releasing the footage at this point also does nothing. No supporter of Chud at this point is going to go "Oh well yeah I guess he did shoot that guy for no reason after instigating the situation." There's a chance we don't even seen the majority of the footage, see the Rekieta footage, something that plenty of people had an interest in that just got completely buried.
Something to consider as things move forward:
It is claimed from witnesses and the footage that Chud approached, walked away, and then returned before flashing the gun. What I want to know is if this genius white man actually walked back to his car to retrieve his gun before going back and confronting Fox on a live stream? The courthouse may not have allowed him to bring a gun in, and may not have had a way to hold it. It was mentioned in the thread earlier but I have no idea what Clarksville's courthouse is like. If he walked back to the car to retrieve the gun and then returned to confront Fox... I mean he won't have any defense he could make.
And on dumping seven shots. At some point I watched something which went over police doctrine on using deadly force. At the time they advised police to "mag dump" for the purpose of establishing fear, the thinking being that the officer was so in fear of the threat they had to continue shooting until they could shoot no longer. Only taking the shots needed to take a someone down implied the cop had no fear since they were able to operate a hand gun efficiently, which is tied into the idea of self defense being a last resort when the situation is out of control. I feel like in recent years there have been more cops being arrested and charged with an acknowledgement of how much they were firing so this may have changed in a post-Floyd world.
Loosen that tinfoil hat hood my guy, if the AG didn't feel they had a case based on video evidence they wouldn't have moved forward with the charges, conversely chuds lawyers would have used it as grounds for dismissal since they also have access to the same footage.

I’ve lambasted Chud in this thread but there’s not a state in the US where it’s legal to hit someone because they called you a name, not that that’s what happened here, and I know it’s inconvenient to read the part beneath the text you highlighted but if you did read it it says if you provoke a fight (again, insulting someone is only provoking a fight if you’re legally retarded) and withdraw from the encounter and the other person pursues you anyway it is once again legally justified self-defense. So you’ve somehow managed to be triple wrong here.
