I'll give it a shot, if you forgive the a-logging.
I think him wanting younger and younger women, as well as foreign women, is because he thinks he can control them. Because what he really wants is a cult. I say "harem" because it's cute but that's not what it is. He says it every day in every video---"women living in total harmony, having my babies, sex whenever I want it, all video cameras following me constantly" That's a cult. That's why he also wants women with no access to media/social media. The ideal woman would be a 16-year-old who has no family that he can mold and groom. And he thinks underage, non-American women are most likely to fall for this.
I think people telling him not to date underage girls just ties into everyone else who has told him his autistic fantasies are unrealistic and so he dismisses them. The cops who came to his condo investigating someone soliciting 12-year-old girls "must have been molested", he said. I thought that was pretty revealing to how warped his thinking is. He has a lot of hostility towards his mother, who he says didn't like sex, so I think some of the "no one has sex anymore" is from that (and the rest is a defense to make his own failures understandable). His whole fantasy world is designed to keep him in this bubble of worshippers. Everyone cranks out his babies while he makes $1 million a year. How? Because people will be watching his channel showing him making $1 million a year by living the best life possible. Hard to prove something like that wrong when it's self-perpetuating.
