What has exactly Doug has done to these guys that they are so eager to shit on him?
Not really talking about the video Dan made, there are tons of videos talking about Doug's Wall review (and making the same points), but everybody who used to be his "friends", now take delight on shitting on the guy.
Can't say I'm up to all the "change the channel" drama is, but wasn't the main complain about The Walkers, mainly Doug, was that he was hands off to all the bullshit Michaud pulled, as in, he didn't help at all and kept to himself.
And while it is kinda shit to have someone you thought as a friend not having you back... the way they spoke was as if Doug never acted as if he was their friend, more like just a distant co-worker, so I don't know what they were expecting.
I just don't get this crazy hang up against Doug people have. Not here to defend the man, but the one who fucked people over on Channel Awesome was Michaud, Doug just looked the other way because, well, it wasn't his problem, and I don't think he ever made the impression to care either way.

What a disingenious piece of shit, for implying it was people complaining about their issues with the company and it was CA who brought it up for no reason. He must have forgotten these parts in the document.
Can't forget Allison saying that they knew Jewwario was grooming fans for years even though the only evidence they have is an anoymous source who said they knew for a year not years. Just another case of the dishonesty involved in Change The Channel.

It was, at least in regards to Doug.
I think Linkara as talked a bit about that in regards to how he wasn't super willing to hang out with other producers at things like conventions, nor did he try to really understand the characters he was writing into his anniversary specials by doing things like consulting the people he was writing for or watching their stuff to create a base....and he'd go on to say he did because Linkara needs everyone to know he's a better director than Doug.
Well, the idea is that they believe that as the big kahuna on the site, when Doug heard of the shit going on, she could and should have put his foot down and brought an end to it. Instead, he does things like be the deciding vote to fire Holly after she was working after a surgery.

The martyr idea is "I was fired for doing journalism". And Lindsay stated that she and Kyle Kallgren (another Chez Apocalypse aligned producer), quit the site in protest.

And look where did they get them? Lindsay has been canceled from ever coming back on Twitter with Kallgreen, and Olson showing their hands by stepping on her legacy, and shit-talking her. Kallgreen is forever stuck in a bubble of irrelevancy, and Olson sooner rather than later has his days counted with how blatant 8chan op was. It's bound to stick to him in a meaningful way at some point.
