Laurelai's involvement in the plan wound ultimately wound up undermining it. Those familiar with Laurelai were quick to make his involvement known: first, the headlining thread on /hebe/ featured a link to an IRC channel hosted on starrevolution.org. A simple IP trace quickly showed that starrevolution.org shared an IP address with multiple other sites - including Laurelai Bailey's personal website and SJWiki, which Laurelai is the proprietress of.

Finally, it was discovered that Olson had a pre-existing relationship with Laurelai, both contacting her repeatedly via Twitter and being a routine editor of SJWiki

You may have already noticed discerned a flaw in Olson's plan, which is essentially that Olson himself downloaded what he described as Child Porn to smear 8chan (and subsequently GamerGate) in the article. Indeed, if Dan's claims had been accurate, he would be guilty of both possession and distribution of Child Pornography. Ironically, much of the content he did post in his article was not classified as Child Porn in the USA, where 8chan is established; however, such content does qualify as it under Canadian statutes, especially given Olson's vivid description of the images in question. As Gallant lives in Canada himself, people began trolling him in response to this by reporting him to Canadian police for these very actions, which caused Olson to lay low directly in response.

It goes without saying there is no shortage of smug pseudointellectuals on the internet but Olson stands out with his paint peeling arrogance and 7 hour marathon video essays. The guy should be a human head to ass Ouroboros.

The most amazing thing to me is how nobody bothered to release a decent general purpose beatdown on NFTs before him. It was such obvious low hanging fruit but its like the universe wanted to expose/open up for mockery the 'genius' of Dan.

I'd say people like Hank Green and Adam whatshisface from college humor match him in this smugness department but he's got a certain amateurish earnest flailing that sets him apart.

Here is the game itself. All you can do is either walk to the right or stand still. Walking causes both meters to decrease. Standing still causes them to increase. The background music is mostly a bunch of droning tones.

If you walk long enough to get the entropy meter low, the game starts spawning things in weird places.

If the entropy meter gets really low, the game starts spawning a bunch of intentionally glitched objects. The framerate of the game plummets and eventually locks up your browser. I'm not sure if it's possible to get the entropy meter to zero because the game always shits the bed first.

Regarding that "game" he made. The link to itch.io still works, but Adobe Flash obviously no longer does, so you can't play it in-browser. Even more unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a download link for the "game" directly, and neither Flashpoint Archive nor swfchan (yes I was that desperate) had an archive of this "game." If anybody manages to dig it up somehow, then I would kill to have it.

In more recent news, Dan published a new video about 24 hours ago, which is focused on... Uh-oh! The politics of the United States of America. Who could've seen that coming?!?! I mean, really!!! A heavily left-leaning, self-loathing white male feminist is getting political in this day and age!!! Holy shit!!!
