Danganronpa Fandom - More piss than expected

I’m trying to find stuff and the characters I have talked about are some of the most notable ones to be involved in drama due to kin or shit like that

Don't make the OP about the characters, they're fictional and 'involved' in what? They're retarded kinnies, if it's about the kinnies, talk about those faggots instead of wasting time on what they're obsessed with. That way, it's more organized and we'd have an actual direction of what we should discuss and why concerning the fandom. In a dead-game fandom, there has to be more - cover the other communities. There was a post mentioning cosplayers, you can start there.

Last time I checked, Danganronpa has an active roleplaying community alongside an unofficial Discord server and plenty of 'Fanganronpas' ran by spergs. There's possibly a lot of controversy and drama behind those that you can uncover, especially when using Google. I've only touched the surface of what they have to offer.

Hey, wasn't @Yukari Yakumo working on making a thread about Milkpunches, the creator of a peculiarly infamous Danganronpa fangame called Dangonronpa H20?
There was another video that was criticizing the game more than the author, but I can't seem to find it anywhere? Must've been taken down by Milkpunches.

I feel like the particular aesthetic and the origins of Danganronpa really give credence to why this community is so bad.
Danganronpa's look is very hit or miss; personally I love the art style, but I also get the criticisms that it looks edgy or "grimy". This certain brand of different, but unique edgy anime art is like a moth to flames for autists of the more virulent variety. Even under the most charitable view certainly people are going to take a deeper interest solely for aesthetic reasons. This isn't even mentioning the fact that it's based in a "death game" high school, which is gonna attract those same people more particularly after the popularity and enduring fandom of Battle Royal which directly inspired the core concept. At the time there was a lot of overlap with The Hunger Games and Battle Royal's fanbases, leading to even more people being pushed toward the series.

What I feel is really important is where this began, on Tumblr. I came to know about Danganronpa because it got huge on Tumblr and I heard it from friends who used the site, particularly regarding the initial translation(even tho it was read along). This caused the very base of the fandom itself to be some of the most autistic, SJW and nuts people around since it was subject to a niche audience of internet dwellers rather then say, a normal audience for a VN like Ace Attorney or Zero Escape. Being spread in the circles it was, being translated by the infamous NIS America (including autistic memes in their translations), having Chihiro in the first game and being the WACKY popular anime thing is going to lead to potent cancer. I know that they've harassed English voice actors before just for being rumored to be on a project, not even on the project itself. They love writing out these HUGE essays on the characters it's very autistic.

I remember when Slowbeef was interested in this game series and went into full on 'Anime was a mistake' right around when the second game came out. I'm more surpised the fandom didn't have a thread until now, but if there's any unique autism to be found it'll hopefully be interesting.
 
About fucking time this shitfest of a fandom got a thread. You can notice these guys sprinkled throughout other lolcow attracting circles. The Danganronpa fandom has to have some of the most kinnies I've seen out of any fandom besides furfags, and that says a lot. As much as I enjoyed the Danganronpa franchise, I think I understand the appeal of it to so many autists. A myriad of the characters in the series have some sort of mental issues (Nagito, Junko, and Toko for instance), and the fact that you can basically date every single student in the games opens up a whole door of shippingfaggotry.
