He was due to be transerred to this psych ward some time before Dec. 31st. The judge in his case said it would be dismissed if he didn't receive a bed there by that date, but it looks like the teflon just wasn't strong enough this time.

Allthough, interestingly, the facility is still managed by the Bureau of Prisons, which lists Danderson as no longer in their custody. However, this guy:

That depends on the mental health professional consulted, deciding whether or not he gets phone privileges. There is no hard and fast rule. It's up to psych's assessment and discretion.

I just wonder if this new prison as tolerant to Daniel's behavior and pedo tendencies or have special accommodations. Correct me if I am wrong but that one prison Daniel was at seemed to house more at risk population (pedos, ex cops). Teflon tard behavior doesn't sit well with prison general population.

I would be thinking that at least one daniels managers' action would warrant them being dinged for something other than just leaking the calls themselves, it's not really an issue in itself, but if they ever actually get to trying daniel, it'll depend on aid and abet laws I guess
