This is the most likely path it'll go. Daniel is quite evidently retarded and his medical records is evidence enough of his conditions. He needs supervised care; and whether he's in prison, a mental asylum, or a better ran community home. He just needs someone to keep him on track.

Nope he was competent enough to stand trial. After he gets out there will be some stipulations on his release. Im assuming to keep taking his meds, go into a group home and not use the internet. Now this is only for three years be it.
