They got something fucked up here. Count 6 was for threatening a specific FBI agent, while the lore on MacDougall is that he's Secret Service.

But Count 6 can pretty much only refer to MacDoogle, whom Dan threatened to "have fucking killed" on Dec. 25th.
In any case, this likely means that he plead down to just that one charge. Title 18, USC Section 875(c) reads:

So five years in the very worst case, but I think he'll be let out on time served for some kind of inpatient psych treatment as part of his plea deal.

He's probably going to get time served if it's only 27-33 months or a way reduced sentence.

when he gets out. Flexburger stated that's with time served via X. But I don't know how reliable that is.

looked for the reply to post the screenshot looks like it might have been removed, so it is probably time served. So he will likely be out by the end of the year.
 
I'm aware time served does not include time spent in mental institutions to determine competency. Does anyone know how many creditable months Daniel has been in for?

He's been in there long enough I'd be surprised if he didn't get time served.

My question is how the fuck is he going to pay that fine? Even if they give him a slap on the wrist, 10k is a fucking fortune to someone like him.

There’s a bunch of people on the Daniel Larson Reddit claiming that fines usually get waved in cases like this. However I have no idea how true that actually is.
 
I downloaded the five part Daniel Larson documentary last night after seeing Kusari announce he was removing the five part series from Youtube to "remaster/re-edit/update" the series. Anyone want me to upload them here for posterity in case they never get reuploaded or edited in a negative way? And if so, remind me again what the upload size limit is for video posting here?

He said it would be unlisted, but still be viewable in the playlist. But it's always good to archive locally in case of Fuck Ass Youtube ruining his career.
