To be honest, Cyrax is much more of a danger to children than Dan. Cyrax has sent dick pics to someone he thought was 14, and sexually assaulted a blind schoolmate. Remember you don't have to be in the same room as a child to harm them, especially over the internet where you can groom them, coerce them into making their own CP, that sort of thing - look at TheWhiteBowser, another autist who never leaves his room but ran a discord dedicated to showing hentai to minors where he tried to groom them, a process that would probably lead to soliciting lewd pictures from them or worse.
Dan, though, really isn't a threat to kids. He's been wadnering the streets for months maybe years and has not interacted with any children at all so far as I know. He's too stupid to set up a grooming ring, and frankly most children could outsmart him. He's obsessed with Grace Vanderwaal but doesn't have the financial or intellectual means to get within a mile of her.
I completely agree that Cyraxx and Earl are much more present threats. Daniel is much more vulnerable and reachable and I think that's the sole reason people fuck with him more. The image of Daniel as some lecherous pedophile who's a threat to every child is seriously questionable.
Alot of the "evidence" is clearly from manipulation from trolls. One of the most famous videos of Daniel is when he says "I love CP... Club Penguin is a great company", clearly this is something trolls put a naive schizo up to, it's hard even finding this video in full because so many people have clipped it to look incriminating. Similarly when he said "I'm sorry for having 500mb of child porn" but from his attitude in the video it's clearly a coerced apology. His other apologies seem to be mostly to the Grace Vanderwaal trolls, which really makes it difficult to believe considering how much they want to hurt him, I would not be surprised if these videos were created to ruin Daniels reputation and casus belli for fucking with him. Daniels desires towards Grace were inappropriate, but it's important to contextualise age when Grace was 16 Daniel was 22. this again is inappropriate, but this isn't the situation people portray it, Daniel wasn't some 40yr old weirdo and Grace wasn't a small child. All of the evidence often presented as proof Daniel is a dangerous pedophile, is tainted by ween activity, or exaggerated by the weens presenting it.
EDIT: People also sent this guy CP in order to get him into trouble which makes it crystal clear this isn't about saving the kids. This is (in some cases literal pedophiles) fucking with someone weaker than themselves.
Additionally people seem to hold the belief Daniel is stalking Grace Vanderwaal. Daniel is
not stalking Grace Vanderwaal. He believes to be in contact with her frequently, because the weens and alogs impersonate her, to him he is talking to his girlfriend who is talking back. People speak about being concerned for the real Grace, not realising that the people primarily responsible for this situation continuing on as long as it did are the weens, who have convinced a naive shizo autist that he is talking to her.
Compared to Earl or Cyraxx this guy seems incredibly benign. The evidence against him is really hard to parse because so much of it is bullshit. Look at Cyraxx's allegations for example, they're backed up by screenshots and Kate's honeypots. Daniel's public image is that of a stalker and child sex offender, but that has been strategically exaggerated by trolls. I look foward to the youtube documentary that'll inevitably be created called something like "You were WRONG about Daniel Larson" in a couple years after he has been murdered by weens.
