I assumed they already did that since he's making calls to them, you can't call into a jail and all calls out are either collect or the inmate purchased phone time both ways are pricey asf, from memory collect was 25-30 bucks for a 10-minute call in my state and I think minutes were about half of that. Having money in jail makes your time a little better particularly during the first few months while you are still getting adjusted.
Ever since covid most states put you in classification for the first 26 days, then moves you to regular unit, classification is a 23 hour lockdown so you basically have time to make a phone call, take a shower and maybe clean your cell a little bit. They bring your meals to your cell, and they put 4 - 8 people in each cell. Since Daniel doesn't have any sex crimes, gang relations, etc he wouldn't need to be put in a special needs cell block so I would expect him to be put in gen pop when he's done in classification

Spoilt for the standards of a bum, but not by the standards of a kid. He was abandoned by his neglectful parents, and with his grandmother dead, he was basically on his own before he was an adult. I really don't know how he could have avoided his fate. Sure he got famous, but I think his trolls have a responsibility for endlessly doxing him and helping him get kicked out of housing. He is in a catch 22, where he can only make money by streaming, but streaming allows redditors to harass him and the people he lives with.
I was referring to how his life was after his parents gave him up, the Tennyson Center and his grandma didn't discipline him and from that news report, they treated him as if he was a 5-year-old. I understand that Daniel has mental issues but if the center and his grandma took care of him instead of cuddling him, he would most likely not be in this current situation.

They picked him up for failure to report(to probation) but I know that he was recently charged with burglary. The Larson squad on the police force are DONE fucking around and seem to have decided that he needs to sit down for a minute. I predict that he'll be gone a solid year if his public pretender doesn't get the burglary dismissed or lowered(to ag tresspassing or destruction of property or something). Either way he's facing an absconding charge and an honest to God felony(first one) and could end up in big boy jail as he's demonstrated his unwillingness to comply with the conditions of his probation. I sure wouldn't want be in his shoes right now. Burglary is considered a crime of moral terpitude and carries a punishment range of 2-20 years. Danny done fucked up this time. As for why he stuck around Colorado after going on the run? Boglim's razor(he's retarded).

I must have missed the cash bond request, but unfortunately, the jails are full of people like Daniel and unless he killed, raped or in some way caused grievous bodily harm I doubt he will be in there very long, my idea of very long and yours might be different, if it's a Burg 1st he will probably end up being sentenced to 2 years, probably do 14-16 months if he keeps his nose clean and doesn't start problems in prison they will release him. I think he's better off in jail than on the streets but again jails are overcrowded and nonviolent offenders are pushed thru the system a lot faster than violent offenders. One benefit of this is a lot of his aloggers will move on, there's really not gonna be a lot of content for them to have fun with.
Yeah Daniel is just another insane hobo, the difference is that we are able to see his daily life and worst moments, a lot of homeless people probably act and have similar experiences to Dan but we don't see them, and of cource Dan has those weens contantly going after him, surely he will snaps someday if they keep going with the gang stalking
