I was about to post a long rant about how Daniel is too mentally incompetent for anyone to have seriously assessed him as a credible threat. But its clown world '24 so who fucking knows, I can't make that argument and then draw from it into any kind of prediction. I've been aware of him since 2022 but I never really kept up with this thread because he's genuinely a really tragic person. No parents that genuinely love him, he's unmedicated while genuinely trying to find a reason to live, and he's genuinely a vagrant. He's genuinely insane though, so I expect to see him remanded to a mental hospital until he's declared competent to stand trial in 2-3 years. That time will be counted towards his sentence and since retards usually get the minimum, he might do 2 years in actual prison.

Bob Proctor treated Daniel like his own son out of the goodness of his heart. Dan repaid him with beatings, "fuck yous", and treating him like an ATM. He literally wanted Bob's retirement fund.

I'm sure he'll be declared unable to stand trial but that only means they'll hold him and medicate him until he is able to understand the proceedings. And you can thank Reagan for closing the mental asylums because that permanent thorazine drip ain't really a thing anymore

Edit: this was posted as I was typing. He'll only be fit to stand trial once they pump him full of Thorazine and take his phone away for at least a few months. Either way Dan will get some badly needed psych meds and be forced to take them, and some time away from the weens. Though that might not matter either way if he ends up in Big Boy Prison. We all knew the time would come when Dan would do something to get himself locked up for a long time, at least it ended up not being anything that hurt innocent people. Prison, even Federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison, is a step up from where he is now in many ways.
