They made that ruling because it was unconstitutional. I don't care about that tacked-on shit take. Especially because it's wrong. Sex offenders kill victims because they want to avoid any punishment by eliminating witnesses. It doesn't matter if the DP is on the table or not. A sex offender that wants to avoid punishment will kill a child to avoid life in prison, just as readily as they will kill a child to avoid the DP.

I'm sure Larson will still do a few years time, you don't commit terrorist offenses and get to walk away free. Not since 9/11. And now that's he's playing with the Federales he won't get CO's limp ass justice system that lets criminals walk out the jail the next day. He could sit in Boulder County jail or wherever they got him for I believe up to 3 years while they make a case against him, but I figure within a year he'll be carted off to court and the public defender will probably just tell him to take whatever they offer your dumb ass.

Everybody saying stuff like "Daniel Larson is going to spend the rest of his life in jail!" or "He'll get at least 10 years for this!" should look up similar cases. These for example. In fact these could be argued as more credible:

Michigan man returns to prison for, yet again, threatening to kill U.S. President from jail

Georgia man sentenced to prison for threatening to kill Biden, 'blow up' White House

Kansas man who threatened to 'blow up' White House sentenced

And, yes, I know he has multiple charges of making threats to multiple people and places, but for the FBI and judges it's plain to see he's just autistically ranting on video, not specifically contacting and threatening people and places like the above examples.

Each of those individuals faced one or two federal charges after plea deal. The best comparison of the 3 is the middle one from Georgia. Why?

MacDougall is all about fraud, currency fraud, and economic damage from crime. Danny's antics have cost Colorado untold amounts of money, but I doubt it's small. He will not rehabilitate, and he causes damage everywhere he is. I'd guess the agent is probably pursuing how and where Daniel's getting money (especially from people using false identities), who's directly telling him to cause destructive or criminal actions, possibly the guy who handed Daniel the fake stack of money depending on circumstances. Daniel's going to get a plea deal down to one or two charges. That's still a potential 10-20 years, and I don't see Daniel making through supervised release process any time soon. Nor paying any fees or whatever else may be necessary.

The public Discord that they've been leaking bits of info through is still up, invites are just paused apparently. Only thing that's of worth noting that all relevant members of the Discord who messed with Daniel or were a part of "management" have all been offline since Clark's arrest.

It doesn't matter about all the other shit Daniel has done, unless he's ever planted any bombs anywhere or seriously hurt anyone? He's just being charged for the threats and they weren't done as part of a campaign. He's not going to get a worse sentence than those guys I mentioned.

Update: it was just some retard with the worst soundboard I've ever heard. I'm pretty sure he was just holding his phone in front of a speaker and playing Larson sound bites. The only clips he had working were "yes" and "I'm having a bad day." The zoomers seemed amused by this, but after about 10 minutes of it, one of them loudly proclaimed that this is fake and is a sound board. A couple others seemed uncertain whether it was a soundboard or not. At first I thought maybe they were jokingly saying that to just pretend to be retarded, but after listening a bit more, I think they're actually confused.
I have a recording that I can post if someone really wants me to, but I don't think I'll bother unless someone asks. Seems like a waste of the dear feeder's disk space

May as well just strip and encode the audio into opus or something small. If for nothing more than to get a chuckle out of some sped zoomers.
