I made a song for Daniel. It's a parody of Wonderwall called VanderWaal. I made it with A.I. so the tune doesn't sound exactly like Wonderwall since it won't make cover versions of existing tunes. (Unless they're in the public domain apparently.) So I had to tell it to make a tune similar to Wonderwall and this is the best I could manage after many attempts.

Next time a local is arrested for something don't think that they're going to spend any time in prison. @AnOminous I'm not saying you are wrong, but its more from my perspective at the moment from looking at a chart that could be what a judge would use in calculating these counts and charges into a sentence.

I don't think the judge can dismiss any counts because a plea has been entered from what I have read so far. Looking at this site here that provides some stats reveals 22 cases for his same counts for the year of 2022, 4 got a suspended sentence, 16 got prison and 4 got no sentence. So by all means again its up to a judge. A non guilty plea to me just means on the chart he wouldn't take 2 points down off the counts IF found guilty on whatever is imposed, if anything at all. Us code 2332a isn't used very often and I'm just looking at where the pointers land if done through a table and thats kinda it. But even at just base level minimums its like 5 years or so for the best case and 10 for the worst.
