Daniel was such a monster to so many decent people that I can't truly say he was an innocent, undeserving victim of anyone. I guess trying to trick anyone into believing something that isn't true is immoral, but in this case it doesn't seem any more immoral than doing it to someone less retarded. I've flip flopped on this like a dozen times with Daniel but that's usually because I forget what he's done--and would definitely do again, given the opportunity. And that's not even including the pedo shit.

For someone that is mentality impared, Daniel know how to spin pity and responsibility to those dumb enough to believe. If he was normal, he would been a good politician.
 
So according to Daniel at some point in the past he was in an ice cream shop and the staff asked him to stop charging his phone there and leave and he responded by yelling that he had a gun and was going to kill everyone there in self defense and he then punched some random women in the face.

I have to wonder, what would have happened if someone in that shop had a permit and had their gun with them and had opened fire on Daniel the moment he threatened everyone there, as far as I can tell legally it would have been self defense since the person would have no way of knowing that Daniel didn't have a gun. Do you think while Daniel was in the hospital recovering from being shot do you think he would have learned to stop making threats and assaulting people in public?

Depends on the state, the responding officers, the DA, the person who shot him, that person's lawyers, and the exact circumstances of the precise moment the trigger was pulled.
My guess is that they'd have to prove Daniel was reaching into his jacket, a pocket, or a bag immediately after the threat in order for it to be deemed 100% justified in a court of law. Otherwise it'd be an uphill battle.

Daniel would likely milk the situation for attention. He's no stranger to physical pain, and even though it would be the worst of his life, he probably wouldn't become any more docile once recovered. Within minutes of waking up, he'd be screaming at a nurse about charging his phone or some shit.

that is insane, if you wait for someone who says they are going to shoot everyone in the room to shoot first people, including children die, once someone says they are going to kill everyone in a public place you should be allowed to take them out.

Sadly now that I think of it I think you are right, he would post likely be tik toking from the hospital and he would claim the shooter was part of some plot to take out him and Grace.

I still get Larson videos on my zoomer mind destruction feeds, and I’ve seen a disturbing amount of people going out of their way to defend him because he’s autistic and had a rough childhood. Including this fucking abomination.


I won’t address Josh Block because he’s not really what makes me MATI here. What pisses me off is the fact that this woman is willing to excuse the actions of a literal pedophile because he’s just a widdle baby with autism who didn’t get properly treated *sigh*

The implications of this are so dumb. Larson was not failed by the system. Failed by the system is something you use to talk about homeless veterans and people who have psychotic breakdowns because they can’t afford their medication, not Daniel. He got to live in suburban houses with very few other roommates, and he had staff in standby basically 24/7. He had a rich boomer sugar daddy who he somehow managed to bleed dry in the form of Bob. Regardless of how shitty his childhood may have been, he had a much better shot at having an actually decent life. For someone as autistic as he is he is he basically won the lottery.

Even without the trolls and the managers, being an autistic guy who displayed a childlike innocence when you were 14 doesn’t make it ok to be a violent manipulative pedophile who:

Has filmed children in public
Has sent pictures of his penis to whom he believe to be underage girls MULTIPLE TIMES
Asked multiple Quora questions like “why do I have strange thoughts about children?”
Had a Pinterest FULL of pictures of children
Possibly downloaded cp to his phone

A lot of the time he would try manipulate people based entirely off of his own delusions. That’s why he always claimed he was a famous singer-songwriter every time he got arrested, he wanted them to give him the same degree of leeway and reverence that the police would give if they were arresting someone like Taylor Swift. That obviously isn’t the only way he’d manipulate people but it was one of his favorite tactics.
