So what I’m saying is, Daniel is extra fucked because of his autism. A normal schizo who had threatened to bomb Joe Biden could probably figure out that they’re going to be stuck in a federal hospital if they stay committed to the bit, but could probably get out if they just listen to their lawyer. Daniel is probably still talking about Grace and Bob in front of the psychiatrists who determine if he can stand trial and get out using the tard defense.
Getting out of prison for him might just mean being medicated and put into some sort of psychiatric institution/group home for the rest of his life, so while he might avoid prison, the legal system might conclude that this does not mean that he will ever be allowed to be unsupervised ever again.
It would be better than prison, as the latter will often only exacerbate mental illness as severe as Daniel has, and it would be better than being homeless as somebody like Larson would face the daily risk of being arrested again or killed if he angers the wrong person.
You cannot set somebody like Daniel "free". The best thing you can do for him is to make him a ward of the state and put him somewhere nice with staff that will be gentle yet firm and make sure that he is comfortable yet also provides him with enough structure and psychiatric care to at least make him manageable.
I am honestly not sure what degree of improvement you can expect from somebody like him even with people who specialize in this sort of thing. He might have to be relegated to being zombified with medication for the rest of his life to at least stop the fits of rage and self-harm.

Having graduated with Second Honours being bestowed by his Principle, and even being apart of the High School Football Team (link/archive). He would later be expelled from higher education (Possibly Community College) due to his problems with alcoholism and (this is what the wiki describes) doing "stupid things". However, a quick deep-dive into his name would reveal what appears to be Griffin being sued for defamation.
Griffin would go to rehab and attempt to get clean off drinking. He, by some one in a million chance, got into contact with Daniel Larson (the wiki specifically states he got it from an unknown individual, his wiki page is an WIP FYI). Griffin's reason for trolling Daniel? to get people to "feel bad for him". How exactly does controlling a mentally unstable predator, lead to people feeling sympathy towards you? That's a good question, I don't know.
The wiki describes Griffin's relationship with Larson as becoming parasocial, with Clark's frequent communication interfering with his work and even his family life. Because of his association and manipulation of Larson (not defending him, Daniel is a piece of shit), Larsonians (people who study Larson's history, i.e Christorians that study Chris-Chan) and orbiters consider Griffin to be a lolcow in the Larsonverse. Up there with the infamous WorldofTshirts (Who is considered to be a part of the Larsonverse due to Daniel meeting him in New York City).
Following Daniel being arrested by authorities, Clark would be investigated by the police at his workplace. He would also post on Reddit an apology where he tried to justify his actions as well as provide explanations.

This isn't new news; the bulk of this shit is old news, super vague as fuck, and nothing we didn't already know already save for Clark's last name and doxes, which are probably out of date now.
A better info dump is what I posted a couple of months back
1. He's an obnoxious rich kid, around 20-21 years old who got expelled from college several months into his freshmen year for basically running around campus drunk 24-7 and starting shit with random classmates
2. After getting kicked out of college before his first semester even ended for drunkenness and being an asshole, his parents sent him to a fancy rehab facility for his alcoholism where he spent his thirty days there online watching Youtube shit instead of being made to go to therapy and doing constructive shit to become a productive member of society
3. From those days spent online watching Youtube stuff, he found out about Daniel Larson who was in the middle of his Vegas arc (in particular being dragged out of a casino bathroom he was trying to sleep in). Somehow Clark decides to basically get in on the troll train and decides to become a full time troll buddy trolling Daniel.
4. Somehow he gets invited into a big time troll group that pretends to be a music label and gets Daniel's telephone number and starts calling him every day, pretending to be Grace Vanderwall's business lawyer and befriending Daniel, who is like 4-5 years older than Clark.
5. Clark starts sending Daniel child porn, orchestrating freak outs like at the hotel and Olive Garden, and feeding his delusions that Grace is in love with him. He also brags to a podcast that he has "big plans" to destroy Daniel. Which may or may not have been the ultra elaborate fake online college classes or be tied to the child porn that Daniel was getting sent by Clark, who apparently besides being a drunk and a troll, is also a pedophile.
6. The FBI start investigating Daniel for the death threats/bomb threats. Clark is investigated and Daniel later tells Lil Sippy that Clark somehow managed to avoid being busted for possession of child pornography when talking about how inept McDougal was in his investigation.
7. Daniel gets arrested. Clark (now forced to work a job by his parents) is fired when the FBI come around to investigate him and his coworkers find out that Clark is friends with a pedophile and psychopath who's insanity he has been enabling and exploiting for laughs.
8. Clark cuts ties with Daniel, denouncing him and his insanity in a performative call he posts online.
9. Bob calls Clark to basically beg him to resume contact with Daniel, because Daniel has now hooked up with Lil Sippy, who Bob hates and feels is a worse influence on Daniel since Daniel apparently truly thought Clark was his friend. Daniel meanwhile starts playing Lil Sippy and Clark against each other, with Daniel telling Lil Sippy that Clark was "plotting against him to steal Grace from him" before cutting ties with Lil Sippy over him posting his calls online and starts only talking to Clark.
10. Clark gets fired from his new job after his boss catches him hiding in a bathroom stall instead of working, so he could have a long call with Daniel, who is freaking out because he got transferred to the loony bin rather than being released on technicality like Lil Sippy claimed he would be.
I don’t think he has FAS. Nikolas Cruz and Robbie Crimo III for reference. And I have a tendency to call FAS pretty liberally. The tell is the upper lip. Cruz and Crimo have the classic smooth philtrum (the little divet in the middle of the upper lip). Clark has a normal philtrum. Ears look normal sized. Eyes look small in the lighting but are actually normal sized. Head looks normal sized. FAS heads are usually small, especially when it’s severe enough to mess with sense of right and wrong.
