Key points:

• Daniel confirms he's STILL working on GrapheneOS! What a very long "transitional period."
• Claims he's still being harassed on Xitter, no proof.
• Says Rossmann was supporting the "main person directing harassment towards me", presumably Techlore / Henry Fisher. Also claims the swatting attacks were in April.
• Brings up that he has an account here, and claims, with no proof, that he's "in a regular communication with people involved with doxxing, swatting, etc. targeting not only me but many other people."
• He says Rossmann's video was a "mix of spin and fabrications" just like Techlore's, with no specifics as to which parts are fabricated, and says it was "catered towards that Kiwi Farms audience".
• Interestingly, says he's "not the only one doing this", apparently there are also "certain prominent open source developers" "heavily involved in targeting me with harassment" who are apparently "welcome at conferences". Seth Simmons? Nick Merill? He never clarifies.
• Last but not least, promises that "I'll make sure the people who have targeted me face consequences for it."

The account explicitly states outright that making public posts about someone is harassment (why this standard doesn't apply to themselves is not addressed). They also really don't like that @Matt Hamilton is a user here.

Kind of like a less devolved Terry Davis. Terry Davis didn't fuck with anybody online. However his street rants did result in him getting the crap beat out of him on the streets.

From what I can gather, in terms of features, it is the top privacy OS, but it is incredibly irritating to have to Micay's schizophrenia in the back off your mind at all times if you are a user. I really hope he has enough respect for his product to not butcher it in order to "punish the trolls."

He could mean anything when he says he'll "make sure" the people "targeting" him "face consequences". So far, he hasn't done anything bad to the OS even after all the supposed "harassment" from Copperhead, Calyx, Seth Simmons, Techlore, Louis Rossmann etc but maybe he decides that the evil "doxxing and harassment" forum Kiwi Farms crosses the line and finally justifies targeting GrapheneOS users who post on KF. I can't say for sure, I'm not mentally insane like him.

My advice to people who really want to use Graphene but are concerned about Micay is to use it but don't browse KF on it, or don't use it at all.

These two explanations contradict. If the person was harassing them (by posting about them publicly, left unexplained is why coordinating the harassment privately would be okay) then they don't need to import a blocklist just block the individual person. If they need the blocklist, since it's full of confirmed harassers, then there's no need to explain why they blocked them since they didn't specifically do so. This would be a valid explanation for why they aren't removing them while keeping the rest of the blocklist, but Dan the team is explaining that the use of the blocklist is due to the actions of a single person not that they needed protection from the blocklist in general.

In any serious tech project you are guaranteed to have the developer team consist of 10% severe schizophrenic autists at the minimum. The thing companies are good at is heavily segregating those developers from the spotlight and keeping them satiated with a decent salary, while marketing and PR do the frontend duties. It should go without saying that those autists should never be trusted with PR or any publicly facing communications, especially for a heavily privacy-centric smartphone operating system.

I share the sentiment that by the nature of grapheneOS being fundamentally open source, it should be extremely difficult for aids to be slipped into the OS, although I could be wrong. I also think that mega-autists like Daniel care about the project they are working on more than their life and could never imagine ruining the codebase. But because they are severely autistic, they don't realize that severe sperg-outs ruin the public perception and trust in the project, which frankly is about as bad as a rogue developer.

Daniel has more than proven that he is entirely incapable of operating public communications in a beneficial way to the GrapheneOS organization, and as such should be kicked out and banned from all duties except programming-related. And even then, he has shown that he spergs on other repos for no damn reason. If it were possible to limit his activities to only the grapheneOS repository then things would be ideal. I imagine he has sole ownership over many aspects of the project to prevent such a thing from happening.

If GOS grow some balls, they should publicly, concisely, and permanently, sever all ties and relationships with Daniel.

Overall amazing OP and schizo-ass sperg
