I felt like I had to add some advice on how I think he can improve, because that's what I believe is constructive criticism. Whether he follows it or thinks its useful is up to him.

I'd like to add that this wasn't in any way a trap, he is aware of these criticisms, has addressed them in other streams, and I have talked to him about them in DMs.

I think it was a pretty fair and productive discussions, I'm just sorry it went on for that long.
