Adding a profit incentive to detractor content creates this perpetual conundrum where they criticize Phil, they hate Phil, they bemoan how evil he is, but they then need him to continue committing all those misdeeds in order to keep themselves relevant. It's inherently a grift at that point.
I don't know how dated this reference will be, but it's a bit like Kony 2012. Some guy named Jason Russell became very famous and beloved almost overnight because he identified a villain and told the masses they could be heroes if they position themselves in opposition of this big villain Joseph Kony. Turns out, Jason Russell is a piece of shit and scamming everyone, and he never takes down Kony.
That's the role that detractors like Suprcrzy place themselves into with their content. He has this hair up his ass because Phil was flippant towards a pedo furry he streamed with one time half a decade ago, he makes Phil out to be this big villain and the way his viewers can help is by giving Suprcrzy donations. Meanwhile, he's some drunk driving loser bum who makes content even lazier than Doody, scamming his audience with promises of Bluefolf-tier lawsuits. It's a real burglary.
