To everyone thinking this documentary will amount to anything, it won't. Never get your hopes up when it comes to Phil. NEVER underestimate this dude's capacity for disappointment.

This whole thing sounds so fucking retarded. Phil is grinning and rubbing his hands wildly because he'll "FINALLY have an opportunity to respond to the haters?" Nigga, you did a WHOLE ass stream to "debunk" the haters years ago and his only response was a leg slap and a "Huh?! That didn't happen!" BUT he couldn't get personal because "da haters would use that information."

One other part to mention, Phil acts like he doesn't have a voice on youtube, even though he says people watch his shit all the time and he has a bigger audience than most streamers. But NOW he's a small nothing streamer who nobody listens to. Phil acts like he didn't document every single waking moment of his life from 2009 to 2016. There are thousands of hours of content to go through to see Phil contradict himself. There are thousands of videos of him doing and saying dumb shit and he says the haters make this up again.

Currently taking bets on how long until DSP flips out that Mike screwed him over and says he will never talk about the trolls again.

I am going optimistic. I was pesimistic about the Sidescrollers interview and how much gold dust it created, so I think there is a good chance that this documentary will give us some laughs, just because Phil is so far away from being a normal person that he won't even get how weird it is what he will say or show. So yeah, I believe in Phil's absolute lack of self awareness to create great content.

I am working directly with Phil and will include original content of his current day-to-day life.

I don't have a video with Phil and I discussing it at this point, which would be the only way to "prove" this to you all. But also there is no incentive to lie, and you can see my past work with Boogie2988 and make your own assumptions as to whether or not I would lie about doing a documentary which had Phil's participation.

Good luck man, I hope it turns out good. I don't really care about DSP that much one way or the other, but I would sort of like to a fairly unbiased take on him.

Ok I've change my mind, I think this documentary might actually happen. Let me tell you a couple of three things.

1. He's changed the story about sidescrollers so much that he he doesn't remember he is saying the same exact things about mike that he said about Craig before the interview. If there's anything lolcows are known for, and this is especially true for Phil, it's the inability to learn from mistakes.

2. He thinks this will cancel out all the other "negative" documentaries. He thinks this won't involve drama and have "fun" stuff for his fans. Mike doesn't have anything to gain, wants to give him a fair shake. Again, same thing with Craig where he thought they were going to play mario kart and his career will be saved.

3. He revealed what I think is the major driving factor motivating him wanting to go through with this. Boogie's documentary was sad and showed him to be a pathetic PoS. Phil isn't sad, he is a chill guy with so many pahsitive things going on. We all know Phil is a vindictive shitbag so he wants to dunk on a guy whos been talking shit about him.

So the main aim of this documentary for Phil is to just badmouth detractors and get the last word in on them talking about him...just like what he thought was going to happen during the SideScrollers interview.

There’s a chance of this. Remember he thought The Interview went well and was doing a victory lap afterwards.

However I think if you give your subject any editing power at all then you’ve failed as a documentary maker. Your film has lost its integrity.

Phil dropped a ton of interesting details today, the two biggest takeaways for me was the remark that he's going to be taking breaks from streaming for filming in studios and at his home. The other major remark was that he will be able to respond to EVERYTHING that negative entities may say about him in the course of the production of the documentary. Hopefully those detractors bring receipts.

This sounds very intriguing.

If Mike can show that he’s a skilled pig roach whisperer and get some genuinely good new info or footage for his documentary then I won’t complain. That’d be a wonderful start to the new year.
