GTA4 PC port is notoriously busted. Gotta mod it just to make it look like the 360 version.

The main problem with GTA4 and previous Rockstar games is that they need to be fixed before you start modding them, this includes compatibility patches, restoring certain aspects so they look like the original releases and sometimes even restore beta content. The bigger mods even list these as dependencies in order to work properly, so we can expect Phil to only have a graphics modpack that runs like complete dogshit and not touch on any possible gameplay tweaks.
I'd bet he even got some baby mode mods. This faggot can't even drive on GTA 5, no way he won't have his dent add some mods to "fix" the driving.

He's got someone who makes GTA mods helping him, it's probably not that amazing. They can just go step by step and tell him exactly what to do.

To him though, this is like writing an operating system from scratch. Just a Herculean task that no one has ever managed and certainly not thousands of children. I wonder if the dents will even be that receptive. Did they ask for this? Seems odd.

The insane part about this is he will stream far less interesting things like unboxings or him chatting with some support rep as we get a full face cam. Meanwhile actually kino content like him trying and failing to install GTA mods is skipped.

well probably not gta 4 because its a janky ass console only game trying really hard to pretend that it isnt, but older rockstar pc games are extremely moddable. gta san andreas has a legendary modding scene and is so easy to work with a 9 year old can figure it out.

I never really got phil 'tism with modding older games. doesn't he have GTA 4 on some of his consoles? just use that. it's almost 20 years old, no amount of mods will make it look futuristic.

I played modded GTA IV last year (to be fair most mods were there to just make the game run decently) and there was one mod that required messing with an .ini file (so a 5th grader could do it) and then do some tinkering with options the mod adds in-game (ditto). But seriously, imagine being so tech illiterate when you "work" in a field that requires at least basic tech literacy. Like imagine if you had a sandwich shop and you had to explain to the worker behind the counter that you're supposed to put the meatballs in between two sandwich buns rather than putting meatballs around a single sandwich bun. Now imagine you had to do it every single time you order a meatball sub.

Sounds like every SubWay in my city, to be honest.

He won't take the chance of him looking like an idiot trying to do something anybody with an IQ over 80 can do, because people will mock him for failing at it. So he instead he does it off stream (you'll notice it's the only time he does stuff like this off stream) then just say he followed the directions and it just doesn't work, he tried everything.

Is this real? Then it looks very likely. The hand placement + the clothes seem very indicative.
