To add context to this (and I'm doing this from memory, so I could be wrong) it was never confirmed if Wings had ever made a deal with his trolls.
Following the OG channels like Sean Ranklin and Lord of the Wings, a certain troll channel called Leen appeared, which not only was running ads but was also less negative than the others, so this raised suspicion among people on whether this guy was running ads in exchange of being more positive with Wings. This was also during the time where Wings' streams were becoming more boring after he got on SSRIs.
Then some gay shit went down with the even gayer Wings trolls like Gulag Kingpin and the ones who do want to fuck with Wings. Anyway, point is that Leen got taken down and some even say the original Leen died/killed himself when a second Leen channel appeared to take his place.
Howeeeever, some people speculate that this second Leen is Lummox, a Wings channel that is still active. Now the thing about Lummox is that apparently this guy isn't a part of the gay Discord circles or anything like that, it's just a channel that's been dumping Wings highlights for years non-stop, no matter how boring, and yes, it's a monetized channel, so once again people have speculated if this is Leen, or if he took Leen's place and whether he has an agreement with Wings about running ads in exchange for a cut.
And of course, we have the notorious loli-loving, deadbeat father, fentanyl dealer, failed rapper and felon wigger Jonathan Wilkins a.k.a. "Wings007" (who's also in league with DSP a-logs like Snort Hogan, btw), Some time ago (I think this was during the time Wings' channel got struck and he couldn't stream) there was this call between Jonathan Wilkins (Wings007) and Wings where they negotiated how they could give Wings his channel back (yeah, it got very gay and I think this was when the main Wings Discord got nuked). Anyway, the fishy thing here is that Jonathan Wilkins posted the call but muted many parts of it, which made people suspicious since it made them believe that they had made a deal where they paid Wings. I believe this was during a troll civil war where many og channels got taken down, but suspiciously, Lummox and Wings007 were safe. I don't remember the details, but yes, there was good reason to believe Jonathan and Wings had a deal, which started Jonathan's decline since people were realizing all the shit he was up to behind the scenes.
Sadly I don't remember Wingstory as well anymore, so I probably mixed many details here, but my main point here is that it's never been confirmed if Wings has this deal with his trolls, so I don't know if Phil could do it.
