This Vidar guy is as insane and stupid as Phil is. I'm not surprised at all to be honest. People who are his fans unironically and give him money are the true crazy here. I hope some of the people on here who constantly jump to 'Phil is finished and will have to get a job to survive now for sure!' every time he has a crisis are going to learn their lesson from this and not jizz themselves with excitement the next over exaggerated 'crisis,' DSP goes through.
Seriously, if you follow Phil regularly you should know by now that his demise is going to be very, very slow over the course of several years. We just end up looking stupid when everything reverts back to normal like it has several times already.

Sure it's a quick fix of salt but then it's all done and your left hunting another fix.
Reminds me of the Andy Dobson situation when people just went on and on about him quitting art until he did....now it's just a bunch of people discussing his past and disecting tweets.

I said this before, I'll say it again: Phil's demise will be due to a combination of chronic misanthropy, poor eating habits, poor personal hygiene, and poor exercising. That will takes years, unless something very serious happen (ie he gets banned from Twitch, and I'm starting to doubt that even this would spell his immediate doom). Every time people jump the gun and go around autistically screaming "Phil is over, let's laugh at him!", they're falling to the same trap his paypigs fall every single time he gets an REEEEMERGENCY - "Phil is over, let's throw money at him!".
Relax, he's not going anywhere but down, because his situation, all and all, is slowly deteriorating, and he has NO endgame plan except hope that his parents leave him lots of cash when they croak. Him losing Leanna was the worst thing it could happen to him, even if he thinks that she was a drain on his money, and it was the first big nail in his coffin. Just sit back, grab the popcorn, and enjoy the show.

It's due to the natural tendency for people to seek an explosive and satisfying payoff. One could equate this craving to another activity, and it would be the same principle involved. But those experienced realize that instant gratification does not lead to any lasting feeling.
A slow burn rather than quick flame out is much more beneficial in satiating our appetites, so having DSP languish for awhile in this place of perpetual worry and sleep-deprived torment is much more entertaining long-term than something catastrophic happening and he's gone in a month.

It's a tendency to treat lolcow drama as must see TV rather than the slow burn life is.
Now sure there are exceptions (nick bates arrest, Julie terryberries (?) Suicide, Chris gamestop incident) but they should be considered pay off to the build rather than big one off events.
People see a tweet or post and get excited that Brianna Wu is going to be exposed for misusing campaign funds, ADF is going to loose his apartment or random tranny is gonna an-hero or than phil breaking the darkssouls 3 street date was going to land his channel in legal troubles and it seldom plays out. Unlike characters in a TV show they don't just accept what's "written" they are free to take damage limitation and often their really world behaviour differs from what is presented in social media.
In the real world these people don't matter they are often below the notice of authoritys and the drama and scams they get involved in are fairly minor shit in the greater scheme, if translifeline isn't being exposed for the massive scam it is in spite of all the evidence dug up proving it then why should anyone care Phil is cheating his views.

I usually don't think individual people in the DSP fan/detractor community deserve their own threads, but IMO BSV definitely does. He spergs out in Twitch Chat and Twitter all the time. He's insane and a terrible person.
Wouldn't TwitchTV like to know about DSP's most senior mod having a huge hand in viewbotting the channel to game statistics?Vidar just let slip that Phil does use viewbots.
Actually scratch that, he just flat out said he talks to people who watch Phil who admit they use viewbots to help pad his stream views.
Phil is going to have a talking-to with Vidar soon, I suspect.
