IWBTG was so painful, kept getting StickyKeys notifications, didn’t bother to check audio levels prior to booting the game, didn’t bother to see how he could capture with OBS, constantly had to reboot the game and blew out eardrums, has zero problem solving skills, etc.

My favorite thing about this whole stream is the fact that the Top Tip is $1.25. Such a special event that he had to shill for and he has barely been able to maintain 700 viewers while Tevin has been pretty consistently around 1200-1300 for a majority of the day. To think, if Phil actually embraced his detractors and just let them troll and laughed it off, he could easily have 2500+ viewers and way more money rolling in.

On a side note, I was just thinking about he never changed the oil in the BMW’s because the dealer never notified him it needed to me done (if I’m recalling my lore correctly). Honestly, Dave really needs to upgrade his setup. Forget about muh bills and muh taxes for a minute and just get a new camera and mic. I’ll bet the camera he uses for facecam is the same one he used before he switched to direct capture ( in 20 fucking 13 btw). Same with his capturing equipment. I bet that’s the one he bought back when he switched. He complains about not having sponsors that float him free shit like other streamers but does nothing about it himself. There's no point to Phil upgrading his setup if he's gonna treat the new stuff as poorly as he treats the old stuff. Also, going off Phil's thought process, why should he bother upgrading his stuff when his brainwashed paypigs still throw tons of money at him for his "bills"?

Yeah, this IS a reward, but I assure you he doesn't see this as already having gotten paid. He's all about double-dipping.

Remember Mario Sunshine? His reason for postponing was that it was a Nintendo game / would get claimed and he would not get paid... Ignoring that he already WAS paid $1250 on Patreon to play it. That should have NEVER been an argument for delaying it.

These goals and rewards are not at all goals and rewards the way literally every other streamer would approach them or treat them. He expects to be paid AGAIN. After all, he's putting in 7 hours of goddamn hard work!! So, as far as he's thinking about it, this has to be considered a disaster so far, earnings wise, in his mind.
