How are they going to know til people start live-tumblring photos of what a disaster it is?

If they were to screen people coming into the convention the only way I could think of how they'd do it is ask for your Tumblr username so they can manually check your blog to see if you're a troll. That's not a perfect system though, because there are a million situations in which someone would attend the convention but not have a Tumblr account.

To put that into perspective, I can't think of a single furry con whose registration table said "Have your ID, pre-reg receipt, and FurAffinity username ready."

Yeah, I don't have a Tumblr but I'd totally go if it is actually happening in Florida just because it'd give me a chance to hang out with my halfboyfriend (who lives six hours away) again and because it's the kind of trainwreck we both enjoy.

That tumblr is really obviously satire, I believe that they changed the name to EmotiCon before canceling it last year.
