It would be informative, and possibly something ZellZander could request as part of discovery, to have a financial breakdown of YouTube revenue for Stebbins. How much does he make from ads vs these $1 subscriptions? What is his actual financial impact. It may very well be that ZellZander was the first to sign up for the videos and generate revenue that way which further demonstrates that none of this content is worth anything.

I'm almost certain this is the case. Back when the accidental stream was getting shared around, he claimed no one had paid the $1 YouTube Membership to view it. Thanks for digging up a listing. I remember one of his IFP filings reported $40 or so for YouTube income but maybe that was for the full year.

He really is like a patent troll at this point. Zealously guarding his rusty pile of broken trash hoping to hit it big for statutory damages. In my non-legal and personal opinion he isn’t protecting anything of value with these lawsuits. while you could refer to say your eldest son as elder, it's more common to use eldest or oldest, instead. Given his age at the time, his father would be an elder too as they had their child when they were in their late 30s. Not an age you'd have children.

According to his case against boone county, the one related to him stabbing his father in the face, lists the victim age at the time at 46, which places that his father had to be around age 24-26 at his conception.
Refer to page 17 of this. 46 is not an age that strikes me as 'elderly'. Attached if no one wants to click a link. This seems to be the one success that Stabbins has ever had in court filing this order to seal. If he ever has another success in court I suspect he'll have an immediate order of seal entry into the court system.

Sure, but if you say 'elder abuse', most reasonable people are going to assume you're down in the 'vulnerable adult' category of 'elder', rather than 'middle aged dad'.

Interestingly, in his IFP against Null he claims to be making $50 per month. So, I guess that's from ads, and the $3 is from channel members.

It's his voice that drives people away. He talks with this nasal intone and so many huff's and puff's not to mention his smug ass delivery. His video's are pretty milk toast run of the mill shit that you'd find in any Reddit post and his production values are less then zero and his "great idea's" are the regurgitated spew of a diseased and self important mind.

Really go watch a video and see if you can make it past 1 min without wanting to punch his smug fat filled face. The only reason his channel gets any views at all is the hate watchers.

I love Acer so much, he such a perfect example of a shit human being. It's not often you find someone who has zero redeeming characteristics at all. Hell even Greer is a better human, and lawyer, then Stabby.
