"Your honor, including his signature isn't fraud, it was a consent accident"

According to the list of approved knowledge that I can disperse; a loan was taken out to satisfy the end of the settlement.
I'd much rather owe money to the worst loan sharks there is than stabby, at least they are reasonable.

oooooh, forging siglatures on wegal documens? vely dishonahble. You bing shame upon your houwsh.

A few things here:

- LOL imagine taking out a loan to pay off a dude who loses his mind over hot dogs.

- How official was this settlement offer and acceptance? I don't imagine it's necessary to be too formal since courts love when these types people agree to remove themselves from their courtroom. It'd be hilarious if this was all an elaborate ploy for Wereturkey to scam his way out of sanctions by giving hope to ZellZander, with the intent to re-fuck ZellZander after the impending sanctions were supposed to disappear (I don't think they even would, TBH). Then seemingly turn this entire thing into an actual fraud on the court instead of just an implicit fraud on the court.

Paragraph 3 in the email is crazy. It looks like Acerthorn was planning to terminate the settlement either way in order to avoid sanctions, then refile to get the rest of the money from Zell.
It’s baffling. Zellzander has a settlement agreement and the terms are laid out. There’s no benefit for early payoff so he could keep paying once a month until the full amount is reached. Stebbins’s threat is utterly ridiculous because the agreement is being honored.

Best of all, waiting would give the courts more time to decide the show cause and any sanctions that might occur. Rushing to pay this off only helps Stebbins.

Oh well. Hopefully the fraudulent signature will open up a whole new world of possibilities.

I can't share much, but it was agreed upon after a conference.

I think Zell has a better head on his shoulders at the moment. He had three-months of recovery to go full NEET into law research.

Zell's hospital stay was related to jaundice and a failing organ.

honestly with the harassment i have seen by mold man i would just have taken out a loan to and got rid of the fucker as soon as possible because he is not well. David caused like 62 fucking entries since the settlemnt was sreached (78 -140) ... trying several times to milk more out of jarrod

And why would he want to pay $900 all at once? Why not just pay $100 on time like you both had a agreed.
Say what you want about the forgery (copy and pasting his signature) but it seems from the Exhibit A email that Zellzander knew about and agreed to settle the case like this.
Maybe he begged his parents for money or put it on a card or something. It would definitely be easier to deal with a credit card company than a slobbering, drooling, foaming at the mouth loony toons wereturkey.

I'm even more confused now. How was Zellzander was able to make a lump sum payment off when every other month he struggled to make payments on time.

How do we know this isn't fake? If he's modifying the 'settlement' agreement to remove a forged signature that calls into question the veracity of literally everything he's submitted to the court. Even if this is true and Zell agreed to it he should still move for sanctions over the forgery and the court should still take every single penny Acer made.

How quaint that people expect the courts to do anything about the forgery. I'm doubtful..

In US federal court the cryptocurrency lolcow Craig Wright got his wife to hire a law firm and show up on the docket, claiming to represent his opponent (that he owned a >$100 million dollar judgement). In the UK his own lawyers had to turn him in for trying to plant a backdated email on their systems to support some bullshit he made up on the stand. No consequence came of any of this except being awarded a loss and a portion of his opponents costs in dealing with his nonsense.

Now, sure, there is a difference between being a pro se cow and a rhinestone golden calf backed by scam victim funds and represented by $1000/hr whiteshoe firms. But the underlying fundamental issue remains that dealing with bullshit takes up the courts time and the court would rather not spend time on it, even if the failure to do so results in an abject failure to achieve justice. The court cares much more about its time than it cares about justice.

I would say that's because of your upside down limey courts but sometimes I wonder if we're headed in that direction.

Stabby has revised his "mutual" notice to not have Jones' signature.

Now, the question is, what will Jones do, does he have a document on the way saying he agrees, or does he have a document on the way saying "Fuck no."
So stabby is 1000% fucked
We now have an indirect admission that he forged the signature, removing it proves zell didn't consent or was even aware of it, meaning the first addition was forgery on stabby's end

It would be another thing if he posted that with the signature field blank, but the very act of reproducing itself is illegal in the first place

Now add that to the context that he posted this transparently to avoid the $1500 fine, which can't even be avoided this way, is an irrefutable proof of intent, motive and guilt

I'm still not holding my breath that he'll face any actual consequences but hoooooly shit. So now dkt. 139 shows a supposed "mutual agreement," and dkt. 140 shows what seems to be the exact same document, just conspicuously missing a signature. I played Devil's advocate earlier but that would seem to confirm that he stuck Jones' signature on a filing without his consent. All so he could get the document on the docket before his OSC was due. Just wow.

Dunno what the Court is going to do, or care to do, but especially when he was literally on the cusp of sanctions, hard to imagine that doesn't raise an eyebrow.

And he still failed, as it was due on the 31st.

And, even in Arkansas, August 1st is after July 31st.

But the part I'm looking forward to is not the potential forgery, but the Court going "You failed to even attempt to show cause. That will be $1500 12,000 hot dogs* please."
