Of course, David showed his hand a bit when he had a DSP moment not only in being awful at video games, but also in accidentally leaving his stream running while doing wildly embarrassing shit. Thankfully there is a God and He loves us because Acerthorn was not masturbating. David doesn't just sue small time youtubers. No, he's goes after the big fish too. Microsoft. Google. Facebook. All have been in his crosshairs and all have laughed at him as the bailiff walked him out of yet another courtroom as his case was dismissed for being rock fucking stupid time and time again.
As the old saying goes, "a man who represents himself has a flapjack-titted, bald, fat retard that I would not have sex with for a client" and never has that been more fitting than in this case with Acerthorn.

Acerthorn continually makes these lawsuits because he's glommed on to a small handful of legal concepts and Dunning-Kreuger'd the shit out of them, constantly invoking them in his lolsuits despite not actually understanding them.
A common concept he references is that of "clean hands." His understanding is basically "I don't like what you said, therefore you acted in bad faith, therefore you owe me the GDP of Switzerland."

THE YOUTUBER LOLSUIT
Acerthorn was launched to asshole stardom thanks to a larger Youtuber @SidAlpha making the video Acerthorn: Serial DMCA Abuse Controversy | attacking over one dozen channels including my own.
Acerthorn didn't take this lying down though, no no. He responded by submitting all kinds of DMCA takedowns and, of course, a massive lawsuit against youtubers Enclave Emily, Echo Wilder, Creetosis, Just Emi, @SidAlpha , Bibi Faizi, Rogue Internet Man, and @SofiannP. But, hey, why stop there? Also listed in his mega lolsuit is Shira Perlmutter (Director of the US Copyright Office), Alphabet Inc, Youtube LLC, Discord Inc, and Twitch Interactive LLC.
What Acerthorn is looking for in this case is a mere $3,450,000 across all defendents PLUS $20 for each view SidAlpha got on a critique video that included video footage of him that Acerthorn put behind a paywall. At time of writing this OP that video has 97,680 views, which adds another $1,953,600, bringing Acerthorn's total requested restitution to a cool $5,403,600.
Acerthorn attempted to do a stream responding to SidAlpha, but he spent about 17 minutes of it trying to DMCA strike Viroza, a cartoon witch youtuber who was stream sniping him. After about 2 minutes of actual content he got so enraged that Viroza was still streaming that he chimped out and ended stream.
Acerthorn's stunning retardation and greed have caught the eye of larger youtubers including TheQuartering, who SidAlpha is working with, and MisterMetokur, who plans on doing a video on him at the end of April, and Cr1tikal spent a solid half hour discussing him recently, so expect the chimpouts to continue and the tardcum to flow like rivers of milk and honey.
Genius that he is, Acerthorn has decided to blatantly game the system by trying to separate out his corpo case from his youtuber case, admitting entirely that it is a tactic to game the system, and he has also been mocking the corpo lawyers all as part of Acerthorn's grand strategy to make the lawyers and the court fucking hate him. Dancing precariously on the edge of being considered a vexatious litigant Acerthorn pitifully appeals to the court in the manner of a 14 year old loser fishing for compliments.

Update June 29 2022: Acerthorn has run to the appellate court to complain that the judge in his case didn't award him eleventy billion dollars, give him the key to the city, and suck him off. In doing so he submitted a worksheet that lays bare his financial situation and his employment situation which we will reference in the Living Conditions section below.
Update July 11 2022: Proving once again that David isn't one of those autists that end up hyperfocusing on something and becomes really good at it - Acerthorn has lost his case for the 700th time. He's announced now that he's learned from his mistakes, has moved on and is looking for employment.
Just kidding, he spent his day throwing together a SIX HOUR LONG VIDEO on why the government and judiciary system is corrupt for not letting him sue anybody who criticizes him or brings up publicly available information about him (that he put out there).

Attempts to debate Acerthorn on his behavior have been stillborn thanks to David's insistence that all debates follow his rules and that the debater clean up any comments that are mean to him :*( or that "dox" him, with David's personal information that he himself has made public thanks to his myriad frivolous lawsuits.
