Most of his ADA lawsuits are conspiracy and lack of understanding claiming that because he is an aspie that no one gives him reasonable accommodation. When he was asked in one lawsuit what he considered to be a reasonable accommodation the smear said "I tell them I have Aspberger's and they shut up and leave me alone about it.".

He sued Full Sail University for ADA, case got moved from Arkansas to Florida and the court can be found there.. I don't have helpful direct pdf links because I am poor due to a missing laptop / requiring to pay for the classes as well as being hung up on after calling them.

EduCap is a student loan collection agency that Stabbins (I can't call him Stebbins after the incident with his father) claims violates ADA for merely asking him to repay his student loans and the case against them was an attempt to call on ADA to silence the collection agency because they specifically targeted him to collect student loans.

The longer and more I research the more that little piece of brain that is removed in frontal lobe lobotomy starts to hurt. I don't think I can take this guy anymore, happy to see it on Kiwifarms finally. I can rest.

Yeah, I know, sorry in advance @Null but on the bright side this one's gonna be junior league tee ball compared even to the other retarded lolsuits the farms gets once Acerthorn sends over a request for $500 Trillion.

Yeah rouge shared a clip of him malding on twitter so he report rogue's account and got him suspended. He recently added rouge and a bunch of other creators as defendant in his current lolsuit.

LOL he lives in a tiny crackshack that has been split into apartments or rooms. He's apparently smack dab in the center of downtown Harrison-the Boone County Courthouse is only 3 blocks or so away, which is very convenient for him since he doesn't have to take a bus or ride a bike to file his lolsuits.

Yeah it will suck for Null to get drowned in lolsuits asking 900 gorillion dollars for having this thread. Somebody needs to connect Null with a reasonably good attorney in Arkansas who can file the dismissal motions. Other than that, this tard definitely merits watching. There's been several megalulz worthy cows pop up recently, which is a nice departure from the boring regularly scheduled autism we've been enduring for a while.

Beautifully put together. I had wanted to make a thread about this guy a year ago (admittedly all I knew about David then was that he was a pretentious fuck on YouTube) bat the more I dug the more I found out his potential as an almost Horror level cow. Since then I had wanted to submit him here. But I just never had the time to put something this detailed together. Excellent work
