Sorry not at my computer so I can't fire up an archive right now, but I think SidAlph's Archiver got it.

Unless, I would assume, the proposed order is incredibly retarded?
The issue is with him filing frivolous motions. That he filed a proposed order on top of that won't matter. That being said, it was worded very condescendingly.

Acerthorn shares his minecraft problems:

The only response is a person telling him to stop fucking people over with false DMCA's.
Thanks for getting that for me
Happy to help

The judge also warned him to follow the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules, but you're right about the proposed order not mattering.

ND Cal Local rules allow you to file proposed orders with oppositions to motions and they're required for oppositions to motions for administrative relief. It's odd that the non-moving party would be required to file a proposed order without filing a cross-motion for some kind of relief, but those are the local rules.

Been a while since I was last active on the farms (almost half a year to be exact), had to come back because of Acerthorn alone. We might have DSP or Jordie potential levels of lolcowdom infamy if this fatass gets even more coverage and bigger events occur.

In all seriousness, it's fucking hilarious seeing how he's saying that people are censoring him yet he's the one that tries issuing all sorts of takedowns and strikes because the people criticizing him caused his rattle to fall from his high chair. Yeah buddy, you also say you're being censored when you have a video defending Digital Homicide.

Not gonna lie this thread gave me much lulz going through it, will keep a close eye. Keep up the coverage gents.

What does that mean? The whole thing got tossed?
It means that the hearings were vacated. It's not surprising, the motion to clarify was already ruled on, and the hearing on the motion for default judgment was scheduled before the motion to intervene. Even if the Judge isn't outright denying the motion for default judgment, the hearing would still have to be postponed as a result of the motion to intervene.

On Stebbins v. Polano:

CLERK’S NOTICE VACATING MOTION HEARINGS

What was that hearing planned for? I can't remember with all the junk filing Thorn shoved this lawsuit with.

And I'm guessing the pending written order is the judge answering that question and explaining why the hearing is useless now.

So, 18 hours ago, David has updated and pinned a comment on his Elden Ring video. The funniest part is not that he's being a massive snowflake but that he might update his comment further. Here it is:
Screenshot (2093).png
TL;DR spastic spergout and "replies" about various things related to the video as well as other shit, continues to play the victim and whine at every single opportunity despite being a total hypocrite who has never even touched the fucking game prior to his "review". I could go on but it would just lead to the same thing over and over again. Also he called us out.

Edited to instead be a screenshot per suggestion.

My point, largely, was to counter the bit about "judge [not] appreciat[ing] [Acerthorn] putting words in his mouth", which was just a misunderstanding of what a proposed order is.
It's not the fact the proposed order exists; rather its the language contained within that particular order that the judge may not appreciate IMHO.

Phrases like "fan the ashes of the action to life" sound too emotional, and the idea of a legal argument being struck down for being "hyper-literal" is absurd. No self-respecting judge (at least as far as I can tell) would put their name to a document with such loaded language.

Dude, it's always the former paralegals. What is this phenomenon?
I want to say inflated sense of ego based on knowing more than the average civilian, which makes he thinks he knows enough.

But in fact he's still doing only the paralegal work, just that his lawyer boss is a total insane office that keep throwing everything at the wall seeing what sticks... And the court is starting to mind being thrown shit constantly.

He may think himself competent enough to lawyer, but he's really not. An average civilian would quickly understand that he's over his head and ask for council. He's blind to his faults and think his shits has merit.
