These types of shameless social parasites (even calling them parasites seems inaccurate. Parasites don't deliberately go out of their way to damage their host as much as possible) experience a cycle:
They have nothing else to do, so they come back to an audience they can argue with, eventually get angry when they don't win, sue the site, it costs the site/the courts time and money but it's 100% free for them since they file in forma pauperis, they fail, they have nothing else to do, so they come back to an audience they can argue with, eventually get angry that users are calling them retards...

Inviting the participation of socially exploitative losers like this is usually a bad idea. They see tort law as nothing but a game because they never have to face consequences for their behavior, so it's probably best to avoid giving them the impression their input is welcome so long as they think hurt feelings lawsuits are acceptable.

Every website should should consider individuals like this to be ban on sight.

Been trying to figure out his current living situation. There's no records of an eviction order being filed, but considering his history it might be hush-hush. Going off of the theory that he's been removed from his hovel due to the yellow sticker on the letter. Also running into road blocks trying to find property information on his address to see if it's even listed as an apartment. I have looked at other apartments in Harrison, AK and a swath of them look to be ramblers converted into duplexes or houses divided up into small apartments so that trend of house-turned-apartment is not foreign to the area.

One of his previous addresses is a rambler-duplex-townhouse structure.

Between this research and some personal research I'm a tad swamped and someone else might get to the bottom of why the letter has been yellow stickered before I do.

Edit: Looked up his address and the crack house he lives in is a related, albeit seperate building to the one behind it. Owned by the same people and sanctioned for commercial use. Stabbin's hovel is listed as Building 2, and the house behind it is listed as Building 1.

Edit 2: Just screencapped the related information instead and attached as attachment. Assessor's office has ip blocked my computer due to trying to archive it's information or something.. I need a subscription to use their website now or something.
