I pretty much called it.
He was known to constantly lurk on Discord servers that had people talking shit about him.
Not to mention when more and more YouTube channels made videos on him, he at first constantly commented within an hour or two, threatening a DMCA or privacy complaint.

Both cases just got dismissed m The first with prejudice and the second one was dismissed without leave to amend.
the court found that asscorn mislead the copyright office , his live stream had also no copyrightable content .. Also the judge noticed that asscorn admitted that the critic where fair use and asscorn only filed this to stop criticism against him.

I hunted for a while but then found this on CourtListener.

and his pursuit of his claim has caused the Court to expend significant resources addressing his
meritless claims.

The judge is a bit less fired up in this one, but the part putting the boot in over his insistence that his basic geometric shapes that he was denied copyright over were still copyrighted was kind of fun. Wonder how long the requests for mandamus will take to be found moot now.
