Again ignoring one of the intervenors was never a defendant, and even if his negative infinity to positive infinity on the x, y, and z spectrums, whatever they are, wasn't completely irrelevant to the motion to intervene, that would not apply to them.

I've skimmed it and he's pulling the "I'm the defender of working class people because my case was thrown out because I can't fill out legal paperwork correctly so that means that everyone else will have the same issue." card.
Something about judicial immunity and how the judge is ruling based off of personal feelings rather than the law.

He filed a motion for the judge to recuse himself(about 3 mins into that video). Oh this is gonna be good. I might have to invest in some popcorn companies at this rate.

"This is a bad precedent" No David. Retards who abuse the copyright system should lose it's good precedent.
"We're all in the same boat" No David. No boat with you in it can stay above the waterline.
"The judge is just mad at me and doesn't like me just like the judges in my other cases" No David. Your claims are insane.
"I've actually won some cases" Name one David. No, opposing party dropping a charge doesn't count. They probably just decided to handicap themselves since they were dealing with the human avatar of all handicaps.
"We've lost the right to copyright" No David your copyright claim was just utter BS.
"California has convoluted rules for filing for reconsideration" Gee wonder who's fault it is for raising the cases there David.

He also said "Everyone in the working class" David you don't work... Act like a fucking man and take some responsibility in your life. You failed because you suck. Try to fix that or you will die the same fat retard at 45 that you are now.

I believe it's the latter, although like Nick he does take on cases occationally. Mind you, I haven't seen his content since it became clear he was a pedo
