I think he has some more vexatious litigant tricks up his sleeve before he gets the full treatment. Trying to recuse the judge, or even sue the judge, or file another nonsensical mandamus, or sue some court clerk or other personnel he's dealt with, a direct appeal, frivolous attempts to relitigate and collaterally attack the judgment, or filing nonsensical writs with Latin names that don't really apply, another legal nutjob tactic.

You can request that the court declare the plaintiff a vexatious litigant. And since Sid Alpha is attached to the second case that had been on hold and is now dismissed, he could in theory file such a request in response to Stabbin's insane follow up motion this afternoon. But I don't believe you can actually initiate a lawsuit to have somebody declarred vexatious.

I haven't seen his vids in a while, but he was extremely mad when Texas AG declared that cutting of Children's dicks and pumping them full of irreversable drugs was child abuse and he was extremely happy when district and appellate courts temporarely blocked Texas from investigating and procecuting child abuse cases that involve children who's dicks were cut off, or who got pumped full of irreversable drugs

All I'm saying is that every single person who supports this seems to be found with child pornography or is later found to have raped multiple children. I wouldn't leave any kids with him for even a minute.

He literally can't though. If he's suing for defamation he'll have to do it in a seperate suit, and without including anything from the Acer lawsuit as those comments would be privileged. Suing for perjury is also not a thing ("a private citizen lacks a judicially cognizable interest in the prosecution or nonprosecution of another." Linda R. S. v. Richard D., 410 U.S. 614 (1973) )
