So did anyone actual people witness the signing of this agreement Acerthorn because signing over co-authorship wont hold up in court without an actual legal document and witnesses. You basically made a handshake deal. Also, did the retard know to make sure to use "approved" instead of "agreed to" in his bullshit document because he sure as fuck didn't here because that's a big deal in contracts. I bet he just copy and pasted the examples online and figured that should be it.
At this point I think the literal retard just wants to make videos in order to try and sue people.

To be fair to SidAlpha - the initial reaction of just about everyone who gets sued by a retarded lolcow in a frivolous lolsuit is that you want to countersue and fuck them right back where they tried to fuck you. The problem is that it very, very rarely is something you can actually do. And by him saying he wants to get him for Perjury, it just makes me laugh. Perjury is never a civil tort. You can't sue for it of your own accord, and it's very seldomly prosecuted. Brett Kimberlin the Speedway Bomber was convicted of Perjury but that was 20+ years ago and it was in a federal court. The only time you seem to see nowadays for some reason it is at the federal level and Acerthorn didn't do anything like tell a lie to the FBI or congress so it isn't going to happen.
The way you strike back at a lolcow suing you is to humiliate them in your filings. It's the only bit of revenge you get. If you have a smart and snarky lawyer helping you, it can be delicious as fuck. But if you never get to the first filing it can leave you feeling unfulfilled. Just write a MTD saying all the evil things you want and get it out of your system. It makes you feel better for sure.
