The amount of times he's made unprofessional writings such as, "Because DUH", or the excessive amount of spelling errors.

"Rather, it seems that the Court is indicating that, because I made a sliiiiiiight misclafficiation when registering the April 10, 2021 livestream (one the Copyright Office detected, but found to be insufficient to justify denying the registration altogether), that means that I can never again have any copyright on any work, ever"

Man, this blend of Chris-chan, Melinda, and Russell is stanky.

You know David. If you cleaned up that crackshack room and removed the mold you wouldn't have these bouts of confusion, memory loss, and trouble concentrating. Toxic mold will wreck havoc on your body and mind.
Sometimes I do wonder, are dirty rooms a result of mental illness, or is it the other way around?

There are people who are completely mentally sound but don't want to clean their room out of laziness. They are people who can be classified as mentally unstable but make sure their room is spotless. It's not that having a dirty place is a sure fire sign of being a lolcow and or having a mental illness, rather it's a correlation.
However.....

David is severely mentally ill and needs to clean his fucking house.

What david need is to open up some windows to get some fresh air
Turn off his computer
Clean that biohazard of an room
And go outside for a few hours

Tldr: Acerthorn asks the clerk to issue a Subpoena to Google as well as Acerthorn confirms to the clerk (in docket number 6) that he has no copyright on his video (and that he hasn't yet applied):

This is in direct contrasts to him saying it was already submitted and pending in his complaint:

Clerk tells Acer that he won't file any Subpoena's until the IFP motion is resolved:

Acer shows that he has 3 channel members and earned only $2 in the last 30 days:

Acerthorn complains that the account that he requested to be deleted was deleted

I get a feeling that the Clerk has Acer on his or her radar now. That IFP review isn't going to be pro forma anymore.

I find it interesting that Stabbins has an interest in Milgram's obedience experiement. Think he gets off on the idea of someone being shocked for being wrong?

I'm almost certain I know the term he's looking for (In a psychology context) but there is no way I am even gonna say it here. Too fun to watch this tard struggle with his inability to google.

I would just throw the DSM-5 at him and tell em to have at it.

It appeared that in this case he is delusional that it is properly decorated, according to Stabbins himself:
Doc it is from is already posted within this thread by Useful_Mistake right under this ^ quote

biohazard of an room
It is worth noting that its his at least second biohazard of living space, according to the claim he filed a couple months before the stabbing incident, the reason he had to live with parents at the time because he was forcefully evicted from a previous location... due to developing a fire hazard inside his apartment, and overall it was considered an unsanitary living conditions
