If I wanna be honest, actually exclusively diagnosed mental retards tend to act less foolish compared to autists, especially "high functioning" ones.
Stabbins is probably like mildly mentally retarded at best, and a good reason to diagnose mental retardation and autism at the same time in some cases.
The stupidity we see from him is mainly just the result of him refusing to learn his lessons, and just being a plain dickhead whenever anyone gives him advice or help.
Not to mention that he's known for using his autism as a shield, so he probably thinks that his autism diagnosis is an adequate excuse for all of his shitty, incompetent behavior.
