Tuesday, January 3rd, 2022? He means 2023, right?
Tldr: Acerthorn won't dox Zell, but will release "bits of pieces" of his information. He shows a list of top 8 most common last names in USA and alleges that Zell's last name is on that list. "Your first name begins with the same letter as your last name, and you live somewhere in the ballpark of Western Washington state. Maybe Seattle, maybe Seattle metropolitan area, maybe some other completely unrelated place...that is all I will say", "If you want to settle this out of court, and I'm not gonna tell them what we are going to court over, because this isn't going to be a public video, and I'm not going to bring up the drama, but if you want to settle this out of court, you need to contact me pretty damn soon, and I don't mean through that Gorilla Mail bullshit, like you did last time, we're not doing a trial by combat, it's not gonna happen. We do settlement, or we go to court and let the judge decide."
I'm going to suggest that Zell should ignore this. Acer is not a reasonable man, and like mentioned before, this lawsuit gets dismissed the first second someone mentions that as per SCOTUS caselaw on copyright, this lawsuit cannot be brought forward.
