That's a lot. He'd only need $10,950 for a lifetime supply of hotdogs (I only calculated it out for 15 years as by than he'd die from them). Or does he want some more high end ones? Like all beef?

An understandable misunderstanding. The pledge made was for "all his future hotdog endeavors," which we all know aren't limited to (or even in majority) food related.

I can't speculate on whether this image was properly licensed. But If Acerthorn's logo is a derivative work he may only claim his minor contribution, the text, and the Copyright Office doesn't allow basic text to be registered.

This is the only registration for art Acerthorn has. He attempted to register 10 variations of his blue hexagon pattern but this was rejected by the Copyright Office because you can't register basic shapes. This has not stopped Acerthorn from submitting copyright strikes for his hexagons.

Man, I know we already know that Stabby is a paranoid schizo but wow he's off the charts on this one.

Be warned, my quotes key died during the making of this post.

He actually believes that "the government" got both his local cops and his OWN FATHER to co-operate to put him behind bars. To stop him because he's such an vast intellect that they are afraid he's going to take over and ruin their "plans".

So the "government" made is own father slash his face with a knife, then report it to the local cops who were instructed by the "government" to ignore everything David said, all the "evidence" of the scene as well as any of David's statements and just throw him in jail where the guards were instructed to punish him by "forcing him to do menial labor" (ie clean his cell) and to ignore his disability by "making him adhere to rules that were in violation of his disability and not give me the consideration due to my legal disability" (ie told him to shut the fuck up when he whined and didn't give him special treatment when he asked for it) while a corrupt judge found him guilty despite the "overwhelming evidence to the contrary" and also to illegally override any suits and/or appeals that Stabby filed while in prison. And boy did he file them lolsuits while in prison!

All to make sure he's never a threat to "them" and to punish his for "exercising his civil right to file lawsuits".

For these "grievous harms" all Stabby asked for was court fee's to be repaid to him. Well...that's a bit of a shock. Just court fees?

Oh no wait, he also wanted 250K from each of 12 defendants (the prison guards) for emotional damages. Then he wants 10 million from each of the other defendants in punitive damages (the 2 lawyers who prosecuted the case against him) and the Marshall who delivered the legal documents to his parents house because of his "fragile emotional state after just getting out of pure torture" so how dare he served such a "frivolous lawsuit" (the irony is off the charts here) while he, David Stabbins, was in such a vulnerable state.

Another 10 million from some company called EduCap who had the brass balls to sue Stabby for the money he owed the courts after he stabbed his father in the face over slow internet was framed and wrongfully convicted by a corrupt Judge and government stooges on behalf of shadowy federal politicians and was fined $1250. For a grand total of...wait for it....$55 million dollars across all parties.

*chef kiss* perfecto!

I'm not even going to touch his suit against Full Sail University which is just balls to the wall insanity where Stabby takes a minor issue like misquoting office hours as a cause to sue for $54,00 plus a free laptop, plus $10 per hour for the labor of creating and filing the legal paperwork as well as someone to come clean out his filthy pig sty of a apartment before he gets evicted.

Stabby is rapidly becoming my very favorite cow. He such a perfect asshole that I don't even feel a tinge of pity for him. He's just such a giant dick to every single person he ever even briefly interacts with that he's never had a "positive emotional experience" with another normal human being. This goes beyond crippling mental issues and Assburgers, it's takes real dedication to be such a massive gaping asshole that even talking to someone over the phone for 2 minutes results in "please never contact us again" request.

Don't ever change David, you are perfect the way you are.

Thanks for the effort in assembling the big list of lawsuits from Stebbins. He’s slowed down in recent years and especially after the vexatious litigant ruling but he’s still out there suing for copyright on his junk. I guess it helps pass the time in the mold shack.

Full Sail IS pretty scammy, but given that Stabbins here is the heir to the throne of the kingdom of assholes, I don't have any sympathy for him. A simple google search would have revealed that FS is pretty fucking useless, and his money would have better been spent elsewhere.

Can't this be used against him to throw out the case? I am not a legal guy here but this seems like something a judge would look at and dismiss this vexatious litigant out completely

I might be backwards here but isn't DragonKnight the one suing Stabby? He's fighting the DMCA claim right? So even thought this move by Stabby is silly and stupid I don't think it affects the DMCA suit?

I dunno, mocking someone has been pretty clearly defined as acceptable use so I don't really think there is much here for the judge to use.

Is it childish? Yes
Is it Stupid? Most definitely

But Stabby has painfully learned in the last year that mocking someone isn't a crime.
