That the Hague Service Convention requires service in the official language of the country where service is sought. It's funny the court chose Spanish because the official language of Brazil is PORTUGUESE. Yet more credible evidence that lolsuits invariably get loljudges. So I think they looked up the Hague Service Convention rules and never even considered that a South American country could possibly have a language that wasn't Spanish as its official language.
