Do we know how old Stabby is? I cruised OP but didn't find any sort of early history (easily identifiable at least) so I assume we don't have such info. It's amazing if he's over 30 and hasn't had his ass kicked to correct his attitude.
His freshman year at UA was in Fall 2007, so if he was 18ish then, he's probably 35-36 now.

I honestly have no idea what keeps him going. That hairline alone at that age is more than enough to justify suicide in the eyes of even the strictest Christian.

well it's not like he bothers to take care of himself or exercise in any way. I mean he's tried to off himself once or twice already. I think it's just hate that fuels him now, he doesn't really care how long he lives just as long as every minute of that time harms someone else.

All he does is sit around all day in his filthy hovel eating the cheapest goy-slop his tugboat can buy while filling out legal forms to spam the system with. According to the records he doesn't even change his clothes or shower.

It's hard to find a more loathsome person then Stabby.

Just catching up on the court docs. With regards to the zander settlement, I get that the court would want to keep the settlement going, but at what point could, or would, the court toss the settlement due to stabby acting in bad faith? Or place some kind of penalties against him?
Some of his demands in the later filings appear way out lo line to the original agreement.

He is 35.
Edit: I hadn't noticed other replies. This number is from one of his more recent IFP long forms he's filed in Delaware.

As a Catholic, I hold all life sacred. This dude pushes me to the limit. I'm assuming he stays indoors mostly as I cannot imagine being his neighbor if he regularly went out and about.

I could see this idiot suing over a tree leaf fluttering into his yard.

Didn't he state that his neighbor was helping him fix his truck? I wonder what changed and made the neighbor stop working on it!

Knowing Stebbins, he probably presented him with a contract that went a little something like "YOU AGREE, FOR ETERNITY, TO PERFORM ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON THIS VEHICLE. IF THIS VEHICLE, FOR WHATEVER REASON, HAS A PROBLEM. YOU AUTOMATICALLY OWE ME 1,000,000 DOLLARS FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT REGARDLESS OF THE MERIT"

As a Catholic I know a demonic possession when I see it. Send in the Exorcists to drive the creature out.

You do have to keep in mind that David is both a victim of his own mental prison and the creator of that prison. He truly suffers from a whole slew of serious mental issues that require actual treatment. The one thing I will say about David is that he is not a muniche, he really has these conditions.

Yes we can pity him but we can also despise him as he goes out of his way to not get treatment for his mental issues as it's easier to sit and stew in his hovel while blaming the world for his issues rather then put effort to tackling his problems or getting treatment.

Remember all David has to do is go to the doctor. He's fully covered by his tugboat but he never goes more then once or twice to each shrink as the second they don't tell him he's OK and it's everyone else that's sick he leaves.

Pity him yes, but dislike him as well as he chooses to be this way.

In this case I think it is safe to go with the words of Arnaud Amalric, "Caedite eos. Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius."

That's correct. It's from the Albigensian crusade where the Catholics were trying to get rid of a weird but regionally popular Christian sect called the Cathars. (Like Scientologists, they believed that once you hit a high enough spirit level you could fly and do other fancy things). But since there was no way to really tell the rank and file apart from other Christians eventually that command was given to the Templars, basically kill everyone in Beziers in France and let God sort out who is now a martyr and who needs to burn forever. They chased everyone they couldn't kill in the streets into the cathedral, sealed the doors, and burned it to the ground.

The church later realized that murdering innocent Christians in cold blood reflected badly on their chances at getting to heaven, which is why despite pop-history beliefs, the inquisitions very, very enlightened in their treatment of accused heretics.

Move over BossmanJack, Acerthorn got a car! Of sorts.

Weird, I thought for sure Acerthorn would have popped back into the thread to thank all the people who took time to give him good advice. Seems out of character for him not to be grateful for other people’s time and experience.

Somehow an older car with a busted side window sounds perfect for him. I hope he keeps a plastic bag on the window forever.

This excites me in every way possible. I can't wait to see Stebbins sue people for their "bad" driving (probably not even actually bad driving, just things like taking too long to make a free right turn), or to rage at potential employers who dared to look him up online and decide he's not worth the risk of hiring. And if he ever actually lands a job, finding out that it actually expects things from him will make for some top-tier milk. Rate me optimistic, but I think we've got some good time ahead of us, Stebbros.

ETA quote, since this got highlighted and the post with info didn't

David is so stupid he can't figure out that salvage yards exist. How doesn't he think he's going to get a job when he has to ask about how to do the simplest of things. There are people cleaning up mall food courts with down syndrome that are capable of doing more than you.
