stabbys voice is so bad. if i asked every great voice generator ai to work together to create the most annoying nasally retard faggot of a voice it would create his voice
That's why I don't bother to watching his videos. Not like he has anything worth saying in them anyways.

I was hoping for something more cringe, like chronic TES tier gloating over the republican victory and scheming about owning the libs. Or maybe a more chaotic meltdown ending in an assault on an innocent man.

Mr stebbins is not best pleased with the results of the US election.

he posted this video gobbling about it on his purple politics channel

Here is my 100% fair use response video mr stabby, enjoy :)
I forwarded your video to Zell for the lulz.
He says "It doesn't sound like he had a gobblefit beforehand. His breathing isn't his seething, it's his "normal" breathing. Dude needs to go to the pharmacy and buy some Primatene. It's only like $30 he can afford it with all of the money he's getting."

Wait a second, wasn't Acerthorn just telling the Court he can't afford a car so Jones should pay him an extra $4,000
View attachment 6599540
A few days later he has a vehicle. If I had a Facebook Marketplace account and more autism I'd look for the recently listed vehicles in Arkansas with a busted rear passenger window to find the advertised price. If the make and model were known this might be easy.
Once again I suspect he's not entirely truthful when reporting his finances to the Court. On his most recent October 21st IFP request in the Delaware Court he reportedly had just $270 in his bank account. How cheap must the vehicle have been for this math to add up?

I would also "panic" buy a car to when people make fun of me for telling the court i sue people and all this fuss is because "i want money" now he can say " look judge its not because of this" But for some reason he bought a crappy car with broken windows LOL

I didn't see it posted here, but apparently the judge said no to Acerthorn's renewed motion to hold Zander in contempt of court.

Oooh, looks like if Stabby doesn't have the required wording saying that they met and conferred according to the rules the judge is gonna start fining him. Most excellent!

Optimistic, I know, but I can't wait for Stabby to get fined by the court in excess of the $1800 Zell owes him.
That would be a hoot, I'd say just sanction him $1,801, then reduce it by $1,800 to offset the settlement so he owes him a dollar. He'd go utterly ballistic.

i am pretty sure paypal has no fees for a normal transfer and withdrawals.

This is a 46 page motion of nonsense

of course Stabby would bitch and moan about $4.10

I wonder how many times daily does Zell kick himself in the ass for agreeing to this mongoloids arbitration deal. Better to trust yourself to the tender mercies of the court then give your life to a useless pile of shit with nothing to do but harass you over a few pennies.

Showing once again, proper op-sec and never pozload my neghole. Could a law-kiwi chime in about if Stabbins has any leg to stand on here? If he can indeed get the money without a fee simply by waiting, then it sounds like he’s trying to extort extra money thats not part of the agreement?

Not a legal kiwi, but have been observing closely. In all likelihood, this complaint will go nowhere. However, if it does somehow end up in front of a magistrate Acerthorn will likely be told that once the money leaves Zells hands it's purely Acerthorns responsibility to bear any fees or costs.

PayPal charges a fee for instant transfers to accounts or cards, usually about 2%, and if I'm reading this complaint right Acer is annoyed that he's not getting the full 108 USD every time because he's too impatient to wait for a free transfer, which takes a day or so.

This is a 46 page motion of nonsense
Reminder Acerthorn submitted this 46 pages of nonsense after just being warned by the Judge that he could be financially sanctioned if he submits any more stupid nonsense.
Summary Acerthorn wants Jones to found in contempt of court because Paypal allegedly took $4 in fees and Jones won't cover it.

Acerthorn refuses to provide his bank info for a direct transfer. Acerthorn claims, if he is paid via Paypal, Jones now has to pay $104.12 a month to cover alleged Paypal fees. Over the 18 month period this would total $74.16 in fees.
Jones initially made 2 $105 Paypal payments but then stopped paying the extra fee.

Where is the fee Acerthorn was talking about?
Every time Acerthorn mentions the supposed fees he references online third-party Paypal merchant fee calculators instead of showing any evidence of actual fees on the $100 payment.
Jones argues the fees are from Acerthorn using Paypal's "instant withdrawal".
stebbinsvjones_106n_withdrawal.jpg

Acerthorn refuses to provide his bank info for a direct transfer because
[Jones] could very easily turn around and post it online. [Acerthorn] offered to give that information on the condition that (A) he never reveal that information to anyone, and (B) he agree to another liquidated damages clause ($5,000)
At first I thought this might have been unreasonable of Jones but then I remembered Acerthorn is unreasonable and crazy and would probably subpoena every Discord message and email by Jones in an attempt to find a cause for damages.

Jones doesn't want to send $100/month via check because he's afraid it will be "lost, stolen, or altered." (and is a zoomer so he doesn't know how to write a check)
on page 7 Acerthorn calculates it would cost Jones $10.55 each month to mail a check.
$2.35 for the money order, $0.73 for the stamp, $4.85 certified mail, $2.62 return receipt.
In Exhibit C Acerthorn appears incentivized not to give his bank information because he thinks if the check doesn't reach him on time Jones will owe him thousands for breaking the contract. If Jones does file a response I hope he mentions this.

Acerthorn compares this situation to a wrestler "powerbombing" his opponent...

Man I keep coming back to this thread after a month or two away and it never stops being nuts. Acer fucking loves deluging the court in nonsense and tomfoolery, it's kind of an interesting case study in just how much one man can try the legal system before the legal system stops playing ball. For that matter, I'm not from the land of the free so I'm not savvy on the legal system, so I am aware he can't file motions in certain states due to his status as a Vexatious Litigant, but has there ever been a case of someone having that happen on a country wide level or is it even possible given I seem to think it's somewhere within the constitution that he plausibly could never have that happen? I imagine this is asked a lot and I'm just too retarded and lazy to look but I am genuinely curious if it's ever happened or literally possible.

Well yes but it happened to a person who's in prison and had nothing else to do but to spam thousands of lawsuits in hopes that anything sticks (at max, for monetary gains and/or attention in media, and at min, to inconvenience the system that imprisoned him). I think, the total number mentioned somewhere was "~2.5 - ~2.7k litigation attempts", thrown at all kinds of defendents. From tech corporations and media industry agencies, to private citizens and site owners identified only with the nickname.
Stabbings nowhere near that amount and will, most likely, never be
