The vexatious stench of the Gobbler, and the roaches it attracts, has been detected by the court, and his request to e-file in his retarded lawsuit against Kiwi Farms, a website I'm told, has been denied, crippling his ability to be a spiteful faggot over the the internet to officers of the court. Moreover-
His request to file in forma pauperis was recommended to also be denied. With his ability to harass the court by e-mail utterly DENIED and with the case likely to be banished to square zero, if the Honorable Thomas E. Johnston accepts the recommendation of the based magistrate, it looks as if Stabbins will be disallowed from even clawing his way back to square one unless he coughs up $405 in a month.
Will the judge accept the recommendations? Can gobbling be detected by the Richter Scale? What about the Stormcloaks tax policy? The world awaits answers.

My favorite is the long listing of his previous cases. 50 filings and of those he’s had one partial victory of a settlement. That’s now in jeopardy because he tried to lie to the court about PayPal fees.

This is the type of thing that comes down when the courts are truly and sincerely done with your shit. Like any bureaucratic system, the courts are a slumbering beast that is slow to rise and slow to anger. Usually your only concern is the most basic of its near automated systems getting agitated and reacting. Even the judges are a minor defense from pests that come along and can be easily swatted away. That's not what this is. This is what happens when the bureaucratic entity begins to rumble. It has identified a sufficiently persistent pest and it is beginning the slow process of escalation to drive it away.
If it is starting to be noticed that he is abusing the legal system then the legal system will respond by draining his ability to perform that abuse. That's how every bureaucratic system defends itself. It drains you of everything you have until you go away. The first layer of that defense is usually the tax of time, wasting it until you give up and go away because you can't afford to keep spending so much time on the stupid busy work they give you. Someone like Stabbins though? Infinite time to be taxed. And so the system is going after the thing he can't afford. Actual financial resources.
If you are pro se and have time, in forma pauperis or not, then you're probably lacking financial resources. Just making him have to pay the regular fees and starting to deny him in forma pauperis will most likely be enough to banish him back to the strange pits that's such cryptids crawl out of. Potentially even more so than another vex litigant ruling would.

Stabby can't appeal the judges decision because the decision isn't final yet? Or is it just that not assigning a pro-bono lawyer isn't something that can be appealed?

Generally only final or dispositive orders can be appealed as a right. All other appeals are a rarely granted privilege. Decision by the court of not assigning counsel to you is not a final order, nor does it fall in the very narrow list of things that can be appealed before the case is over.
