There needs to be a lower court that has pro se litigants enter prior to being able to serve a defendant. Yeah, that's how it works in the civilized world. In the country i'm currently at, a panel of law (basically, lawyers training to become judges) reviews every filing and decides if it has merit and moves forward, if additional info is needed, if it needs to be refiled in a different way, or if it's tossed away. In every instance the plaintiff is informed of what needs to be done to keep the case moving forward, or the reasons why it was denied.

To be fair Stabby has a fucking laundry list of mental condition ranging from Assburgers and Grandiose Narcissism all the way to possible paranoid schizophrenia and rage control.

Somewhere at sometime he found a doctor willing to sign off on the paperwork but judging by Stabby's behaviours he got some real problems upstairs. He's tried to off himself once or twice, done time in a mental hospital more then once and been committed by police on more then one occasion as far as we know. There is probably lots more but we only get to see what he submits in his legal briefs but I'm betting he's a cornucopia of mental fuckery.

He's held jobs before but only for days at a time as he just cannot deal with other people in anyway. The slightest conflict sends him into a frothing rage and he seems to have absolutely no social filter (or social skills really) so he say stupid things at the wrong times. Maybe time had mellowed him, maybe he really really needs money and will try to control himself but I think this cell phone job will be like all the others. A few day working, something goes wrong with a customer and he loses it and get fired. Oh well that's just another 50 billion dollar lolsuit for him right?

I guess it doesn't really help that he doesn't view other people as...well people. They are either obstacles to be overcome by any means necessary or tools to be used then tossed away once he's finished with them.

Look if David actually took his meds, went to his psychiatrist and really tried to change himself I'd be willing to give him a second try.

A close friend of mine suffered from paranoid schizophrenia long ago and I know how hard it is to live with a condition like that. 90% of the time she was a loving wife and mother and a joyful person to be around but 10% of the time she was completely capable of killing you despite a decades long relationship. During one of her paranoid breaks she sliced my arm wide open with a kitchen knife because she thought I was a doppelganger coming to steal her children and I missed the signs of her being in mania. (back then drugs were not as common or as effective as they are today and understanding of the illness wasn't well known). How her husband lived with that day to day I will never understand but they did raise 2 wonderfully girls together who thankfully did not inherit their mothers illness.

So yah if David actually tried to deal with his illness then I would indeed cut him some slack.

But we all know he doesn't.

He blames everyone else for all his woes, does nothing that takes effort and is always looking for that one big score to settle his life. He's not trying to do anything but score a bit legal win at any cost so he can continue his slothful life just at a higher level. Winning 50 billion dollars wouldn't change David in any real way, he's be the same terrible shit stain he is now just with a nice house and car and a poor abuse maid he's harass and sue every week or two.

The one time we know for sure he tried to off himself, it's in the court records from him suing the university, he drank bleach.

The issue with that is;

1. The alkalinity of bleach will make you throw up most of it so all you will really get it a bad chemical burn in your mouth and throat.
2. the LD for normal every day bleach found at home is 5.8g per 100kg of body weight so you'd have to chug the stuff and somehow keep it down while your body tries to puke it up violently.
3. It would be a fucking horrible way to die as the bleach at that level would probably punch holes in your stomach and leak into the interstitial space in the body cavity burning everything at it goes.

Most people with disabilities are able to integrate into society. What you are proposing would lead to people just getting isolated.
