My favorite thing is this was a hailmary that the courts would drop the sanction in the first place. No idea if they can even do that, but potential forging a signature on a glimmer of uncertain hope is galaxy-brained.

The money was allegedly already paid. For all of the annoying fucking vagueposters pointing out Zell's signature is forged —and that the consequences will never be the same— they haven't claimed the $900 transaction was also fraudulent. And since Paypal would actually have a record of whether it happened or not, faking it would be a dire risk since it could be easily verified.

What I suspect may have happened is that Zell took the judge's stupid fucking advice, from his denial of his prior motion, about taking out a loan to pay off the weregobbler to make him fuck off. Stabbins then invented this mutual dismissal out of whole cloth, woven out of the lifeline that Zell threw him in a desperate bid to avoid having the shit sanctioned out of him.

There's an update to that comment. I think it refers to this tweet [A nvm i can't get anything to work] and this video. I haven't watched the video and I do not recognize these names enough to say whether I believe these.
