The problem of course is that, every so often, such an "experimental game" gets through the cracks, so to speak. Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, Oxenfree, FireWatch, Layers of Fear are just a few that spring to mind that had half decent sales figures.

As much as they talk about their destroyed confidence and everything, they desperately seek that approval for their own stuff crapped out.

They don't get that we actually do sincerely give them good advice. Our motive is that it's even funnier when they slip and fall in a pile of their own failure even after being given good advice that would have enabled them to avoid their latest disaster.

Our motives aside, they'd be better off to have taken our advice.

To expound on @AnOminous's post above, we do sincerely give (and mean!) our advice to cows. We do this because there are two possible outcomes from such an action:

Either, A. the cows take our advice (or at least fucking try, jesus christ) and improve their lives, and we raise a glass to them because fuck it, we're heartless, cruel, mean bullies, etc., but game always recognize game, or

B. they call us big mean doodoo heads like David Gallant and company, and we laugh because fuck it man we fucking gave you the steps to success on a silver platter, based upon how we've all done it. We can lead you to water but we won't drown you in it, you've gotta drink that shit on your own.

Go ahead, say "oh you can't be successful, you're posting on the farms"...that's cool, you can paint us in whatever colors help you sleep at night. Just remember that one of the same SJWs you idolize, the same man vilified by his own enemies, is a relatively senior employee of Goldman Sachs. It is entirely possible to be successful and still participate in shit online, and hold strong opinions about things. The assumption that just because we post on this forum means we're all pimply nerds living in our mom's basements doesn't even follow the laws of averages, let alone any sort of statistical main. :)

I want you to succeed, David Gallant. Thats my worse case scenario, because if you turn your shit around and stop being ridiculous then I'll have to find someone else to laugh at, and that ain't even a bad situation, because as you can see from the number of threads on this forum about people just like you, cows will always exist.

The thing is, if you have a thread here, this isn't the first time someone has pointed out that you are a loser.
This isn't the first stop on David's journey. Like other lolcows, he's had plenty of oppotunity to get his shit together. It is very unlikely things are going to change now.
