For the longest time Vito had an issue with Eric simply for making videos laughing at the stupid mantles of several variations of Spiderman and other comic book characters as a lot of the newer writers kept wanting to change things up for their own reasons. He would also point out how much these creatives hated their audience and would point to specific examples and then some.
Fast forward a few months ago, Dick did some sort of note taking on ISOM #1 and he got a lot of things wrong and Eric went through every single point. I think it was on Yellowflash's stream Eric was on and Dick rolled up to argue with him. It was an incoherent mess and Dick played it off "I was joking!" anytime Eric and some others would be precise on Dick's lack of comprehension of ISOM #1.
I guess Dick never got over it and would from time to time try to get Eric's attention thanks also in part to Vito who routinely whines about Eric and ISOM.
Last month, Vito tweeted a couple images declaring "we" reached out to a charity Eric was working with and he forgot to cross out the receipt of the email from Mark (the charity) as it displayed the email was received a minute ago. I believe in the Dick and Vito podcast he repeated "we reached out", which implies Vito was fully aware of this effort to contact this charity - both Dick and Vito enthusiastic about what they were doing.
A couple nights ago, Vito showed up on the Sidescrollers podcast and there were some pretty big inconsistencies.
For one, he asserted that he does not encourage his fans to reach out to Eric or harass any of his partners or anyone he works with. Except, last month, he did reach out to the charity or rather worked with a fan to do so. The topic of journalism came up and he said he was a journalist and didn't see an issue for him to reach out to the charity yet that contradicts his claim that he didn't do it and that also it was a fan that sent him that. But I think he also claimed "we" was referring to "critics of Eric July, there are many of us."
It's really hard to follow his constant lying but what it really comes down to is that it is likely that he did coordinate with a fan and possibly Dick to send that email last month and since that fan was conditioned to pull that off, they took it a step further to reach out to that ministry that shared the same name of ISOM.
If Vito wanted to do some journalisming, perhaps he shouldn't be having his fans do the work and do it himself. He desperately wants Eric to sue him which I don't see happening and is now trying to play the victim. It's also clear he didn't watch Eric's recent video in its entirety as he isn't threatening Vito or Dick with any lawsuit. It sounds more like he is going to hold the mirror up to these retards and show what they have been doing which would discredit themselves - whatever credit they have left.
TLDR: Fatty had fan sent email, fan went rogue, fatty tells contradicting lies, fatty and JuJu working overtime for some reason to hurt Eric and his business for whatever reason.

Jesus Christ. I fully agree with Null that Vito could be justifiably shot. It’s not enough to be “lel-metaironic pedo consoomer fatty” he actually has to be a vindictive jealous POS. Also there was a reddit called mindscepter where many of the users made fun of Jesse and almost all of the posts were flagged and deleted. Someone even took a picture of Jesse and posted it to the transitioning subreddited where the users complimented and congratulated him on his transition. He was not happy about that one and it was reported and removed.
His haters even found an old video of him when he was part of an improv group doing cring inducing comedy on stage. That was quickly scrubbed from youtube as well.
