Yeah it's not worth it. It's an incoherent mess that has two Ezra Millers be a cringe comedy duo while having cameos that mainly Gen Xers and Boomers would recognize.
 
I sorta want to see clips of Adam West and George Reeves at least.
 
The Flash was so bad and silly that it flipped over to being great. It was dumb and pretty terrible, I sincerely had a good time.

And yet dismiss Brandon Routh's Superman? I mean, yeah I get that he as the titular character in Superman Returns was lackluster and all and why he was also considered box office poison after release and had killed his career, but that's the point here, Like, think about it, both Ezra and Roth have been in respective failed DC movies, except Routh has since had better recovery on television, while Ezra is just a sad dude weed lmao stoner and also a complete groomer that really needs to seek an institution. And having that said, why not a scene where which one is going to fail the most?

least routh got some bits thrown by the arrowverse writers (back when it was ok), including some meta jokes way back for the real nerds in the first or second crossover him commenting as atom that melissa benoist playing supergirl in her alter ego "looks like my cousin"

don't forget they even brought tom welling back (still missing dean cain).

Most of movies and TV are never gonna make anything accurate to the original source material. And the things that are butchered by Pedowood as going to be defended by countless fantards because of the big names.

True. It's why I'm glad Doom Patrol and Stargirl did not get much attention because they were able to get made with minimal idiocy.
 
Oh I could totally see Transmetropolitan getting made, where the MTF "black woman" Spider Jerusalem fights to keep white male corporations and fringe groups from destroying the Utopia set up by the ethnically ambiguous female (birthing person) president and her army of BIPOC female bureaucrat heroes.

Only Spider isn't a journalist any more, "she's" a dogged FBI agent whose investigation and combat skills are only rivaled by "her" prowess in be (turning corporate white bad guys to the right side).

"She" doesn't smoke, but has a lighter that says FUCK RACISM.

Nah, rushing a bunch of un-fleshed out characters just for some name recognition from and soyface grins from consoomer types has literally never failed. I hope there's a good twenty or so other pointless cameos in this flaming zeppelin of a movie.
 
lol nothing says starting fresh like immediately turning your reboot Superman movie into the freaking Avengers. There's also rumors some 45-year-old is going to be Batman, so Gunn is basically just copying the Snyderverse but with a bunch of a random quirky humor instead of grimdark.

He was playing Reeve Superman. It wouldn't make sense to have them both in the scene.
